Entry Restriction: Entrants must be able to redeem the prize before 30-11-2017. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Employees and Owners of Brazilian Butterfly, Brazilian Butterfly Franchisees, Brazilian Butterfly National Support Office staff, their immediate families and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Competition Period: The competition begins on Monday 22nd May 2017 at 9am (AEST) Entries into the competition close at 11.59pm on Sunday 18th June 2017 (AEST).
Entry Method: Competition Website Entry. To enter, entrants must enter their First Name, Last Name, Email Address into the competition website www.givemeabreakbb.com Entrants can gain further entries by posting a photo to Instagram and hashtagging #GiveMeABreakBB or booking in for an appointment at one of Brazilian Butterfly’s 35 salons and mentioning Give Me A Break BB at the register. Entrants must enter within the competition period. All valid entries will be placed into a random prize draw.
Maximum Number of Entries: Entrants may enter their details into the competition website once.
Conditions of Entry: All prizes are subject to availability, non‐transferable and not exchangeable, and must be used by the date specified by the Promoter. All prizes/giveaways are non‐transferable. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided. The Promoter may, subject to State and Territory regulations, substitute a different prize of equivalent value in place of any prize referred to in these terms and conditions. The prize does not include any other costs of a personal nature not stated. This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated.
Publicity Materials: It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast, repost, share and communicate to the public the names, characters, likeness and voice of any entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. Entrants will be required by the Promoter to participate in any photo, recording, video and/or film session(s) (the “publicity materials”) and acknowledge and agree that the Promoter has the right to use such publicity materials in any medium (including the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Release and Indemnity: To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
No Correspondence: All decisions and actions of the Promoter relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the prizes are exercised at its absolute discretion and are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

Prize Claim & Time:
The prize must be redeemed by 30/11/2017.
Any winner who is unavailable by the 30/11/2017 will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected.
Major prize gift cards are redeemable at any Brazilian Butterfly salon.
Prize Delivery:
The major prize will be booked on the winner’s behalf on a date suitable to them before 30/11/2017.
Gift Vouchers will be delivered to winners 2 weeks before the date of their hotel stay.
Runner’s Up vouchers will be mailed to winners upon receipt of their postal address.
Unclaimed Prizes: If any prizes are unable to be claimed by the 30/11/2017 will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. If any prize hasn’t been claimed by the 30/11/2017 by 11.59pm (AEST) a redraw will take place at Brazilian Butterfly 5/23 Kelletts Road, Rowville at 10.00am (AEST) on the 01st of December 2017. Winners will be notified via email. New winners will be published on the Brazilian Butterfly National Facebook and Instagram pages.
