The promoter is Immediate Media Company Australia PTY Limited (ABN 88 600 863 447). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
The promotion is open to all residents of Australia & New Zealand, aged 18 years or older only. The promotion is not open to the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
The closing date for entries is 11.55pm on 30 November 2015.
By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
(a)    to be bound by these terms and conditions;
(b)    that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize; and
(c)    that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
Entrants should enter by completing the entry form on the website at www.bikeradar.com or www.cyclingnews.com. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
Entrants must supply to Immediate Media Company their full name, postcode and email address.  The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy (www.immediatemedia.co.uk/privacy-policy). These details are being collected and used by the Promoter, not by Facebook.
Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
The winning entrant(s) will be drawn at random from all entries received. The draw will take place on 4th December 2015 at 10am at 139 Allambie Road, Allambie Heights, NSW 2100, Australia. The winner will notified by email. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered.
The main prize will be a Canyon Bicycle worth $5,000.
There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
The name and state of residence of the winner(s) will be available online at www.bikeradar.com and www.cyclingnews.com within two months of the closing date of the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
The unclaimed prize draw will be done on the 7th March 2016 at 10am and the winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email.  The name and county of residence of the winner(s) will be available online at www.bikeradar.com and www.cyclingnews.com within two months of the closing date of the unclaimed prize draw.
The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
By entering this promotion you agree to release Facebook of any liability howsoever caused in respect of this promotion.
