HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, the entrant must: a) Be the owner of a property in Australia; and b) Book an appraisal with LJ Hooker by coming into an LJ Hooker office to request an appraisal, request an appraisal online (via ljhooker.com.au or win.jlhooker.com.au) or by telephone during the Promotional Period; and c) Have a free appraisal of the property which they own conducted by LJ Hooker during the Promotional Period. Sufficient proof of ownership of the property may be required by LJ Hooker prior to conducting the appraisal. Multiple entries permitted per person subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per property appraisal; (b) if multiple property appraisals are conducted on the one property, only the first property appraisal will receive an entry; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
