Win the Domane SLR 7 - ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to all residents of Australia, who have signed up to the promotion via trekbikes.com/au/en during the period of January 7th – February 9th, 2020. Employees of Trek or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners). Only one entry per person is eligible for the prize. TIMING: This competition runs from 12.00:01am EST on January 7 th 2020. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59pm EST on February 9th 2020. Entrant details must be saved in the database system no later than the closing date. USE OF DATA: Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition could be used for future Trek marketing activity. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winner (1) will be drawn randomly from all entrants and overseen by a panel of three judges on 10th February 2020 at 12:00pm EDST at Trek Bicycle Corporation. The panel of judges will include at least one independent member. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm on 10th February 2020. REDRAW: If the prize is not claimed by the initial winner by 4th March 2020 at 5:00pm EST, the prize will be redrawn. The winner (1) will be drawn randomly from all entrants and overseen by a panel of three judges on 5th March 2020 at 12:00pm EDST at Trek Bicycle Corporation. The panel of judges will include at least one independent member. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm on 5th March 2020. PRIZE: The prize is a Domane SLR 7 valued at $8,999 RRP AUD. Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. WINNERS LIST: The winner consents to their name being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request. The Winner will be announced publicly on https://www.facebook.com/TrekBicycleAustralia/ on 10th February 2020 by 5:00pm. If a redraw is required the subsequent winner will be announced on https://www.facebook.com/TrekBicycleAustralia/ on 10th May 2020 by 5:00pm. OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Trek’s decision shall be final.
