The promotion is run jointly by Wanaka Tourism & Specialized Australia (ABN 90 166 166 874 (Promoters) 2) Prizes The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) people to Wanaka, New Zealand. The prize includes: a) Two (2) return economy airfares to Queenstown, New Zealand departing either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane flying Air New Zealand www.airnz.co.nz. b) Return transfers from Queenstown Airport to Wanaka. c) Four (4) nights twin-share accommodation at Oakridge Resort, Wanaka, New Zealand for two (2) people, www.oakridge.co.nz. d) Heli-biking experience with Wanaka Bike Tours and Alpine Helicopters for two (2) people. Please note that heli-biking is subject to weather and accessibility and is guaranteed from 1 December 2017 onwards only. If heli-biking is unavailable, the Promoters may, at their sole discretion, provide a scenic helicopter flight. www.wanakabiketours.co.nz www.alpineheli.co.nz e) Specialized product package (contents of each product pack to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion). f) Rental bike and local guide (TBC). 3) General Conditions a) Promotion valid from 6th August 2017 through to 10th September 2017. Entries accepted during this period only. b) One (1) entry per person only. c) Access to the heli-biking terrain can only be guaranteed from 1 December 2017 onwards. Prior to 1 December 2017, access may be restricted due to snow or farming operations. d) If heli-biking is unavailable, an alternative guided mountain bike tour and a scenic helicopter flight may be provided at the Promoters discretion. e) Valid entries only considered. Validity of entries at Promoters discretion. f) Winner to be selected 11th September 2017 and notified via telephone and email using details provided on the entry. Winner will also be notified via Specialized social media channels (Facebook and/or Instagram). g) Winner may select one (1) friend to accompany them on the trip, and must notify Specialized and Wanaka Tourism of the personal details of their companion by 20th September 2017. h) If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. i) During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age at their cost. j) The winner and their travel companion must depart from, and return to, the same departure point and travel together. k) All prize elements are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. l) The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. 4) Flights and Travel a) All travel must be booked by 1 November 2017 and must take place prior to 15 December 2017 (latest return date). b) Flights, accommodation and activities are subject to availability and are subject to the airline’s terms & conditions. c) Travel not booked by 1 November 2017 will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed to by the Promoters. d) Winners to notify the Promotors of preferred travel dates between 1 October 2017 and 15 December 2017 only. e) Australian and New Zealand school holiday periods are excluded. f) The Promoter will secure airline and hotel reservations for the winner as close as possible to those nominated preferred travel dates, subject to availability g) If agreement cannot be reached between the Promoter and the winner regarding the exact dates of travel, the Promoter reserves the right to determine and amend the itinerary in its absolute discretion. h) Government and Airport taxes included. i) Passports, visas and any other required travel documentation are the sole responsibility of the winners. j) Tickets are non-redeemable (for cash), non-changeable (without a fee) and travel is restricted to Air New Zealand operated aircraft only. Flights may be via Auckland (transit only) if direct flights to Queenstown are not available. k) Passengers must be travelling together for all sectors. l) Flights are available on a firm Economy basis, however are subject to seat availability at the time of reservation. m) One (1) checked bag is included. n) Departure airports in Australia are Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne only. o) Spending money, meals, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. 5) Privacy and Confidentiality a) The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Promotion b) The Promoter may disclose PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities in relation to the Promotion. c) The Promoter will disclose PI to Lake Wanaka Tourism, who will alongside Specialized Australia & New Zealand, subscribe entrants to their electronic messages. d) Entry is conditional on providing PI. e) The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.specialized.com/au/en-au/privacy-policy f) In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. g) The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law, and how those complaints will be dealt with. h) All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose personal information to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see https://www.specialized.com/au/enau/privacy-policy). i) The entrant confirms use of all IP being collected during the winning period (photos, film) to be utilised by both Promoters.
