Who can enter this competition?The competition is open to Australian residents who are over the age of 18 years, excluding employees and their immediate families of Hardie Grant and prize partners. Entrants must also be Halliday Wine Companion members.
When can they enter the competition?The competition opens on Wednesday 19 July 2023 at 10 AM AEST and closes on Wednesday 23 August 2023 at 11:59 PM AEST.
How can they enter the competition?To enter, eligible participants are required to be Halliday Wine Companion members, enter the promotion and, in 25 words or less, tell their wine of the year. The competition is a game of skill, and the most creative response will win the prize.
What is the prize they can win?The total prize value is more than $3200 and the prize pack includes:
- 1 x bottle of the 2024 Wine of the Year
- 1 x 2024 Sparkling of the Year
- 1 x 2024 Riesling of the Year
- 1 x 2024 Other Reds and Blends of the Year

How is the prize redeemed?The prize is redeemed via email or phone directly with HGX. Once the prize has been claimed, the winner's name and address will be provided to prize partners for delivery of prize components. Liebherr will manage delivery of their supplied prize direct to the winner.
Can the prize be exchanged for cash?No element of the prize is transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the prize provider has the right to exchange it for something of similar value.
