Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their Immediate Family Members and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate Family Members” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
The promotion commences at 4:00am on Friday 1st November 2013 and entries close at 4:00am on Wednesday 9th April 2014 (the Promotion Period).
To enter the draw, participants must visit http://www.carsales.com.au and follow the prompts to participate in the “carsales & Pat Callinan’s 4x4 Adventures” competition. Entrants need to enter all the required fields for the entry to be valid.
For the purpose of this competition, a unique person is constituted by a unique email address, phone number, first name and last name.
There is a limit of one entry per unique person, per calendar month during the Promotion Period.
All references to time in these terms and conditions are references to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia time.
PRIZES
The first eligible entry drawn at 10am on Wednesday 9th April 2014 will win 1 x 2014 Nissan Patrol (RRP $90,067) including drive away charges and dealer delivery, 1 x Lotus Caravan (RRP $84,294) including drive away charges and dealer delivery, 1 x ARB Gift Voucher (RRP $10,000), 1 x Ray’s Outdoors camping and outdoor gear package (RRP$8,000), 1x ‘Pat Callinan Package’ including 1 x 1 year magazine subscription (RRP $47.80), 1 of each of the 4x4 Collection Packs (Top End, Queensland, NSW, Southern States, Outback Favourites and WA) (RRP $239) and one Starter Guide (RRP $29.95). The value of the major prize pool is $192,677.75. Products do not include installation costs.
1 Runner Up (being the second eligible entry drawn immediately following the draw set out above) will win a ‘Pat Pack’ including: 1 x 1 year magazine subscription (RRP $47.80), 1 of each of the 4x4 Collection Packs (Top End, Queensland, NSW, Southern States, Outback Favourites and WA) (RRP $239) 1 x Starter Guide (RRP $29.95), and 1 x Advanced Guide (RRP$29.95). The value of the Runner up prize pool is $346.70.
Total Competition Prize pool is $193,024.45.
