Entrant must be residing in Australia at the time of entry, or their entry may be deemed invalid. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the prior approval of their parent or guardian to enter. Major Prize winner must be available to accept the prize as a filmed announcement on either 23, 24 or 25 January 2017 at an agreed time at the Major Prize Winners’ home or suitable location (Prize Winner Announcement).  PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The competition commences on Saturday 10 December 2016 at 09:00 AEDT and closes on Sunday 22 January 2017 at 12:00 noon AEDT (“Competition Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Competition entrants must shoot a backyard video that meets the following requirements: - not be longer than 20 seconds; - be the entrant’s own original work; - not include any third party intellectual property (such as a logo); - not include any music; - not contain material for which moral rights are not attributable to any third party; - not contain material which is defamatory, contemptuous, or obscene or infringes the rights of any person; and - have the approval of any person featured in the work. The entrant will then be required to: a. Log into their Twitter account, upload their video to Twitter and tweet the link using the hashtag #ColesBackyardLegends (“entry”) or b. Log into their Instagram account and upload their video using the hashtag #ColesBackyardLegends.
