Who can enter?• This competition is open to all SSA members and non-members who join SSA
• Membership is categorised as having an active “SnowID’ with SSA.
When to enter?• Competition opening date: September 13, 2018.
• Competition closing date: October 4, 2018.
How to enter?• Entry is free for all SSA members who will be directed to enter the Club Med giveaway
competition via the SSA website or CMS system. Entries will be submitted by a member doing
any of the following during the competition period:
1. Sign up to become a registered Snowracer (Free) or SSA member
2. Confirm and/or edit membership details (Existing Snowracers and SSA members)
• Each person will only be entered into the draw once regardless of the number of
entries/transactions above.
Draw and notification of winner
• The competition will close at midnight: October 4, 2018
• The prize will be drawn at the offices of SSA.

• The prize will be drawn on: October 11, 2018
• The winner will be contacted in writing by SSA and details published on the SSA website

• The winner will be drawn randomly from a pool of entrants with each having an equal chance
of being drawn.
• The winner will receive their prize within 28 days of the draw.
• Entry to the competition is free.
• All records pertaining to this competition will be kept at SSA, of the above address, for a
minimum three years after the draw.
Further Terms and Conditions
• Club Med has approved this promotion and will not use entrants' information except for the
purposes of the competition and awarding the prize.
• In addition to the competition, information about entrants will be used by SSA to further its
objects and to grow its membership and update its membership database. SSA will not use
entrants' information for any other purposes.
Prize
• 7 night stay at Club Med Sahoro, in Hokkaido, Japan for 2 adults and 2 kids in low season.
• Inclusions & exclusions of Club Med’s all-inclusive resort stay as are typically offered to normal
paying guests and generally set out below.
• Black-out period restrictions as set out below.
• This giveaway stay is valued at $8000 based on an average low season price of $2200 per adult
and $1750 per kid in a club room twin share.
Inclusions
• Accommodation at the Club Med resort;
• Meals; and
• Resort activities and facilities (as scheduled by the particular Club Med resort and subject
to change), as sold to the general public by Club Med.
Exclusions
• International transportation (i.e. transport from your departure country to the Club Med
resort destination e.g. airplane/ ferry/ coach/ train tickets)
• Local transfers (i.e. transport from airport/ ferry/ coach/ train terminal to the Club Med
resort)
• Any applicable Club Med membership fees
• Additional “a la carte” activities and products/services that are available at additional
costs and not included in the Resort Only Package or All-Inclusive Package (e.g. optional
tours and excursions, spa services, Baby and Petit Club Med® facilities, certain additional
“a la carte” sports activities such as diving, skiing and related equipment rental)
• Airport taxes
• Cost of passport, visas, vaccinations, health certificates and health requirements.

• New Year holidays
• Chinese New Year holidays
• School holidays (dependent on the resort zone):
• Club Med Japan Ski Resorts: Australia school holidays typically take place in January
(exact dates are to be confirmed from year to year).
• Golden Week holidays (China & Japan)
• Occasional Rent-a-Resort events (case-by-case basis)
• Such other Resort-specific black-out period restrictions that may be imposed from time
to time
