- Information on how to enter and prize details are stated in these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants are taken to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
- Period of competition is Tuesday 11th December 2018 – Sunday 20th January 2019 inclusive.
- Entry is open to Australian residents, over the age of 18 only.
- To gain entry into the draw, you must purchase and fully pay for a timepiece by Sunday 13th January from a TAG Heuer Flagship Boutique (Sydney, Corner Pitt & Market St, Melbourne, 260 Collins St, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Brisbane, Corner Edward & Elizabeth St or Pacific Fair Shopping Centre).
- To finalise your entry, you must visit www. tagheuer.com/en-au/news/win-bmcbike-aus, complete the entry form and tell the promoter in 25 words or less which TAG Heuer timepiece collection is your favourite and why. Receipt numbers will be validated by the promoter and any incorrect receipt number will be excluded from the competition.
- Entries above 25 words will be deemed ineligible.
- The entry form must be completed and submitted by 11:50pm, Sunday 20th January 2019 to be eligible. Late entries will not be accepted.
- All entries will be judged anonymously by a panel of three (3) judges, with the most creative entry awarded as the winner.
- A total of one (1) winner will be selected.
- This is a game of skill, and chance has no impact on the outcome.
- The main prize draw will take place at 10am, Monday 28th January 2019 at the office of LVMH Watch & Jewellery Australia Pty Ltd, Level 5, Rialto North Tower, 525 Collins St, Melbourne, VIC 3000.
- The winner will be notified by phone & email by Wednesday 30th January 2019.
- Prize must be claimed by 11:59pm Wednesday13th February 2019.
- In the event that a prize is not claimed, the unclaimed prize draw will take place at 10am, 20th February 2019 at the office of LVMH Watch & Jewellery Australia Pty Ltd, Level 5, Rialto North Tower, 525 Collins St, Melbourne, VIC 3000.
- The main prize consists of 1 x TAG Heuer branded BMC Teammachine SLR01 Dura-Ace bicycle & 1 x BMC Racing Team kit in size S, M or L.
- Pedals are not included in the prize.
- The promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to one residential address located in Australia only, as advised by the winner.
- Prize not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
- Prize is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
