Entry is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older, where the Channel Seven (and affiliates) signal is received. Employees and their immediate family members of the Seven Network, ALWAYS LIVE LIMITED, Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, or sibling. Entrants must also be able to participate in the Prize.
When does the competition close?
The competition commences on Monday, 23 October 2023 at 5:30am AEDT and concludes on Thursday, 26 October 2023 at 12:00pm AEDT.

They must also submit an answer to the question, “Tell us in 25 words or less, where would you love to visit in Victoria”. Entries must be received by Thursday, 26 October 2023 at 12:00pm AEDT. Entrants can submit multiple entries but cannot win if they've won a Sunrise competition in the past 12 months (excluding South Australian residents).

What is the prize to be won?
The prize is a trip for two to Victoria which includes:
- Two return economy flights from the winner's nearest capital city to Melbourne with transfers (up to $3,000)
- An experience at wellness sanctuary Alba Thermal Springs: $1000
- Lunch at Pt Leo Estate: $500
- Overnight stay at Intercontinental Sorrento: $1000
- $500 Spending Money
The total maximum value of the prize pool is $6,000.00 AUD.
Are there any additional prize details or restrictions?
The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred. Both the winner and their companion must be 18 or older at the date of departure. They must travel together, and if the winner is from Melbourne, they will forfeit the airfare components. The prize must be fulfilled within six months, or it will be invalidated. The prize only includes the mentioned components, and any additional costs will be borne by the winner. The winner may need to provide a credit card for a security deposit at the hotel. Airfares and accommodations are based on availability, and the winner must confirm flight and accommodation dates within 45 days of accepting the prize.
How is the winner determined?
This is a game of skill, with the winner being the best valid entry judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter. The winner will be announced during the Sunrise broadcast on Friday, 27th October 2023 and will be contacted via email and phone call within five business days. The winner's name will also be published on the Sunrise website.
