WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to all current residents of Australia and New Zealand aged over eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry ('Eligible Entrants'). Employees of Busabout ('The Promoter' or 'Sponsor'), The Travel Corporation Limited, their subsidiaries and affiliates, suppliers, Tour Operators and any of their employees or contractors, advertising and promotion agencies associated with this promotion, and the immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Contest entry period begins Monday 3rd November 2014, 05:00PM UTC/GMT +11 hours and ends at 11:59PM UTC/GMT +11 hours on Saturday 8th December 2014.
HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible Entrants can enter the Contest by entering their contact details into the relevant form on our website [busabout.com/competition]. All valid entries will be treated equally for the chance to win one (1) Grand Prize – which will be drawn at random.
Entries must not reference illegal activity, sexual activity, self-mutilation or violent acts or activities that are not feasibly possible for reasons including, but not limited to, logistical feasibility, legal reasons, availability, excessive cost and safety considerations. Eligible Entrants that submit an entry that references one or more of acts, or which is deemed unfeasible by The Promoter will be disqualified from the competition. The Promoter's decision is final.
PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to 1 (one) participant, and will be drawn from contact details submitted to our website [busabout.com/competition] during the content entry period. The prize will be for 2 (two) aged 18 years or over. The prize will exclude air fare and third party trips. Winners of the Grand Prize will be notified by the Promoter within seven working days of the close of the Contest.
The Prizes are as follows:
One major prize to be awarded to one person for them and one other (aged over 18). Prize to include 2 x 3 loop hop-on hop-off passes, 2 x Italian adventures, 2 x Croatia Sailing, 2 x Classic Rhapsody Treks and 2 x Thai & Laos Adventure. Two minor prizes to be awarded to two people for them and one other (aged over 18). Minor prize to include 2 x Thai Island Flexi Hopper passes.
Total Major Prize value = AUD$12,000 (incl. GST)
Total Prize Pool (Major and minor prizes) valued at AUD$13,000 (Inc. GST). All prices stated are in Australian dollars, represent the recommended retail price (“RRP”) include GST & are subject to change.
