Win the ultimate Experience Eumundi prize pack! - THE PROMOTER The promoter is Eumundi Combined Community Organisation Ltd ACN 133 941 278 (ECCO) trading as Experience Eumundi ELIGIBILITY Entry is open to Australian residents eligible to lawfully enter Queensland for the prize condition periods and are aged 18 or over. HOW TO ENTER Entrants must complete the competition form on the Experience Eumundi website. The promotion ends 11.59pm (AEST) 24 November 2020. Four winners will be announced on 4 November, 11 November, 18 November and 25 November 2020. THE PRIZES Multiple prize packs including for example dining, events, food, gifts and accommodation to be redeemed before 31 March 2021. No transfer, substitution or cash refunds or equivalent for prizes are allowed. The promoter does not provide travel insurance for the winners and is not liable for any injury, or property loss or damage sustained howsover arising during or after the travel period. The promoter hereby declares the winner will be travelling at their own risk and recommends the winner purchase travel insurance. THE DRAW The draw will take place on on 4 November, 11 November, 18 November and 25 November 2020 in the office of the promoter (ECCO). Entrants are not required to be present at the draw. All valid entries will go into the draw and the winners will be selected at random. Each entrant has an equal opportunity of winning. The results of the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. ECCO reserves the right to alter or cancel any aspect of this promotion at any time. The winner will be notified via email within one day of the draw. The winners’ names will be listed on Facebook and you consent to your name being published by ECCO for this purpose. The prize will be delivered to the winners via email. PRIVACY Entrants agree to ECCO holding the Entrant’s personal information for the purpose of marketing and promotional activities. Entrants reasonably expect, and consent to their personal contact information being held by ECCO and used by the promoter to receive direct marketing information about Experience Eumundi activities and events via email which the entrant can opt out of at any time. Entrants consent to their name being announced publicly through Facebook communication if they win the competition. ECCO Ltd agrees not to disclose the Entrant’s personal information to any third party or to use such information for any other purpose other than as detailed in these terms and conditions.
