The Promoter is LOGITECH AUSTRALIA COMPUTER PERIPHERALS PTY LIMITED (ACN 21 069 691 989) trading as Logitech Suite 2.01A, Shed 72, The Woolstores, 4F Huntley St Alexandria, NSW, AUS 2015 (Promoter).

The Promoter is LOGITECH AUSTRALIA COMPUTER PERIPHERALS PTY LIMITED (ACN 21 069 691 989) trading as Logitech Suite 2.01A, Shed 72, The Woolstores, 4F Huntley St Alexandria, NSW, AUS 2015 (Promoter).

The Promotion is subject to and governed by these terms and conditions (Terms).The approved permit numbers are ACT – TP 18/02515, NSW – LTPS/18/30767, SA – T18/2257

Entry into the Promotion is free and open only to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. New Zealand entrants must have a valid passport and be able to legally travel to Australia on the 17-21st of March 2019. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

The Promotion commences at 8.00am (AEST) on Tuesday 1st January 2019 and closes at 6:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 28th February 2019 (Promotion Period). Entries submitted after 6.00pm (AEST) on Thursday 28th February 2019 will not be accepted.

The Promoter reserves the right to delete any inappropriate entries without first informing the Entrant.

To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win the prize, the Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

Purchase and take delivery of a Logitech Racing Wheel (G29 or G920) (Eligible Product) from any JB Hifi, EB Games, Harvey Norman or The Gamesmen (Participating Retailer) store during the Promotion Period (an Entrant may submit one entry for each Eligible Product they have purchased from the Promoter, provided that each entry is unique); and

b. complete the online Entry Form on www.winwithlogi.com.au and upload a copy of their receipt of purchase from the Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period.

There is a major prize and a runner up prize. The Entrant has a chance to win one of one first prizes, one of five runner up prizes. Total prize value is $14,499.75.

First prize is the F1 Ultimate Experience package with a RRP value $11,500 including return airfare from any capital city in Australia or New Zealand to Melbourne, Accommodation at the Melbourne Crowne Metropol and Champions Club tickets to the Melbourne F1 from the 17th to the 19th of March.

Runner Up prize is a Playseat Evolution racing seat with a RRP value of $599.95

The total RRP value of the prize pool is $14,499.75.

All Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entries in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), the Promoter and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or it’s affiliates.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any Entrant who is found to have circumvented or tampered with the entry process or submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and/or relevant law.

The winner’s name will be drawn at 11:00am (AEST) on Monday 4th March 2019 at 2 Epsom Road, Zetland, New South Wales.

The winner will be advised via email and phone call sent to the details provided in the Entry Form. Winners will be advertised on www.winwithlogi.com.au from 11:30am on Monday 4th March 2019

The winner will have 3 months to reply to the Promoter with their details upon receiving notification of their win in accordance with clause 12. In doing so, the winner must verify their name, contact number, postal address and email address to the Promoter by calling Uproar Marketing on (02) 9136 0270 during normal business hours AEST.

If the winner fails to respond to the Promoter’s notification in accordance with clause 12 or otherwise fails to provide the required details to the Promoter and the Promoter is unable to reasonably identify the winner, the Promoter may at its option, draw an additional Entrant’s name and substitute such Entrant as the winner of the prize. As this will be after the date of the prize event, a replacement prize of Logitech product will be provided to the value of $11,500.00 This redraw will be drawn at 11:00am (AEST) on Tuesday 4th June 2019. The winner’s name will be drawn at the at 2 Epsom Road, Zetland, New South Wales. Redrawn Winners will be advertised in www.winwithlogi.com.au from 11:30am on Tuesday 4th June 2019

If the Promoter draws the name of an Entrant who is ineligible to win the prize, the Promoter may, at its option, draw an additional Entrant’s name and substitute such Entrant as the winner of the prize.

The duration of the Promotion is from on Tuesday 1st January 2019 till Thursday the 28th February 2019.

The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency, and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration/ownership in order to claim the prize. The suitability of proof identification, residency and entry for the purpose of verification, is at the reasonable discretion of the Promoter. If the Promoter makes such a request and the winner fails to provide reasonably suitable proof of identification, residency and/or entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The winner will be required to provide a valid home postal address for the shipping of any prizes.

Entrance in the Promotion signifies each Entrant’s agreement and consent that the Promoter may use their name and photograph for the purpose of announcing/publishing any winning, without limitation and without payment, prior notification, permission, or other consideration.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion and/or the prize.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final, subject to any procedures required to be followed at law.

The personal information of Entrants provided will be collected and held in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.logitech.com/en-au/legal/web-privacy-policy.html) and used for the purposes of conducting this Promotion, as consented to in these Terms and for related activities including ongoing marketing. Entry into the Promotion will constitute the consent of the Entrant to the Promoter collecting content and information directly from the Entrant and using it in this manner.
