(c) complete and submit the online insurance quote form, including a response to all details requested by  the Promoter; and  
(d) retain, and if requested produce, a copy of the email which is automatically generated after submitting the online insurance quote form,   (Eligible Entry).
PRIZE:
The Prize will be awarded as gift vouchers totaling of $10,000 (including GST) from Peter Stevens Motor Cycles, JB HI-FI and/or Total Tools.
