PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 00:01am (AEST) on October 1, 2015 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDST) on October 11, 2015 (“Promotional Period”). The judging will take place at Bauer Media, 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and will begin on October 12, 2015. The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing using the contact details provided in their entry.

HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, purchase issue 42 of OK! magazine (cover date 12/10/2015) and go to www.okmagazine.com.au/category/magazine/win and follow the prompts to the competition page and complete the entry form including their full name, address, daytime contact number, current email address and answer to the competition question in twenty-five (25) words or less “Where is your ideal girls’ weekend getaway?” and submit entry as instructed.
Only one (1) entry per person permitted.
PRIZES:
The best (1) valid entry, as determined by the judges, will be deemed the major prize winner and will win the following prize including:
Four (4) x $300 Forever 21 vouchers – to be used in-store only within Australia
Four (4) x choice of either one (1) x Spa voucher OR one (1) x Hair voucher (located in Sydney or Brisbane), valued at $100 each– spa/hair salon will be determined by the promoter at their complete discretion
One (1) x Restaurant voucher (located in Sydney or Brisbane), valued at $200 – restaurant will be determined by the promoter at their complete discretion. Prize does not include beverages.
Four (4) x Return economy flights to either Sydney or Brisbane from the winner’s your nearest capital city, valued at up to $2,000
Two (2) x nights twin share room accommodation in a minimum three (3) star hotel in either Sydney or Brisbane, valued at up to AU$2,000
