WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers, healthcare professionals and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 01/06/2015 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 31/10/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
purchase any Chapstick product from any retailer displaying advertising for this promotion during the Promotional Period; and
visit www.chapstickjetsetter.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their first name, last name, valid email address, the full barcode of the Chapstick product purchased and a twenty-five (25) word or less answer to the following question “Why do you and your friends want to win the Chapstick Jetsetter Trip?” and submit the fully completed entry form.
PRIZE:
 The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win their choice of one (1) of the following trip prizes:
    Tokyo, Japan: a trip for two (2) people to Tokyo, Japan valued at up to AU$9,450 depending on date and point of departure. Trip includes:
        Two (2) x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Tokyo, Japan;
        All airport and airline taxes;
        Five (5) x nights twin share 4 star accommodation;
        Return transfers between airport and accommodation;
        Breakfast for two (2) people daily;

    New York, US a trip for two (2) people to New York, USA valued at up to AU$10,000 depending on date and point of departure. Trip includes:
        Two (2) x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to New York, USA;
        All airport and airline taxes;
        Five (5) x nights twin share 4 star accommodation;
        Return transfers between airport and accommodation; and
        Travel insurance for the two (2) people for the duration of the prize.
Spending money, meals (excluding breakfast for the Tokyo, Japan prize option), taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), additional insurance, insurance excesses, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd. Prize must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to requested date of departure and taken by 30/11/2016. Prize is subject to booking and flight availability, and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Prize cannot be taken between 10/12/2015 and 25/01/2016 or 20/06/2016 and 10/08/2016 or during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
