1. Information how to enter the “#takeusAC” game of skill competition
(the “promotion”) and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, participants shall be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the prize(s) will be provided in accordance with and subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
3. Multiple entries per person are permitted on the basis that 2 new products are purchased for every entry.
4. The promotion commences Monday 24 March 2014 and closes at
5:00pm AEST, Friday 30 May 2014 (promotional period). The promotional period may be extended at the promoter’s sole discretion.
5. In order to be eligible to participate in the promotion, eligible participants (“participants”) must meet the requirements set out below. Participants must:
(a) Be permanent residents of Australia; and
(b) Be aged 16 years or over. Participants under the age of 18 may only enter with the consent of their parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18 and you enter the competition we will assume that you have obtained prior consent from your parent or legal guardian.
The prize(s) for this promotion are:
(a) Two (2) return economy airfares to Los Angeles as well as twin share accommodation for ten (10) nights, two (2) tickets to the recording of Chelsea Lately, two (2) tickets to the recording of the Soup, two (2) tickets to the recording of australis #takemeAC Competition T&C’s Fashion Police, Behind the Scenes Tour for two (2) persons for Chelsea Lately, The Soup and Fashion Police, two (2) tickets to Behind the Scenes/Recording of E! News, one (1) meet and greet with an E! News Producer, two (2) VIP Experience tickets to Universal Studios HollywoodSM, two (2) tickets for a shopping tour, two (2) tickets to a Hollywood Club Crawl, and $2000 spending money each. The hotel and mode of transport will be determined by the promoter. The promoter is not liable for any delays, cancellations or other problems relating to the travel provided.
(b) The prize cannot be substituted for tickets to alternate E! News shows, theme parks or experiences.
(c) If for any reason one of the E! shows are re-scheduled or cancelled, best endeavours to arrange alternate tickets will be applied however replacement tickets cannot be guaranteed.
(d) No cash alternatives will be offered.
(e) The prize is not transferable to any other person.
(f) In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve
the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
(g) Total Prize value is maximum of AUD $13,300.
