Win the ultimate Liverpool FC 'Money Can't Buy' experience! - WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents who, if judged to be the Winner, can take the Prize on the terms outlined in this document (“ELIGIBLE ENTRANT”). Eligible Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Eligible Entrant must read and consent to these terms and conditions. Parents/guardians of Eligible Entrants who are minors may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Promotion. Failure of a minor Eligible Entrant’s parent/guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release/agreement under this clause will invalidate all of that minor Eligible Entrant’s Entries.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Doctor’s Associates Inc. (“DAI”), Franchise World Headquarters, (“FWH”), Subway Realty Pty Ltd, Subway Systems Australia Pty Ltd and agencies associated with this Promotion (including the Administrator) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion will be open from 09:00am AEST on Monday 22/06/2015 and will close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 05/07/2015 (“PROMOTION PERIOD”).
PRIZES:
There will be six (6) different prize option events and 104 prizes in total (“PRIZES”).
Prizes must be taken on the dates specified below. Prizes will be allocated to the Winners based on the Preferences selected on the Entry form. The six (6) Prize option events are set out below and include:
a. Two (2) x VIP Tickets to the Liverpool Football Club and Brisbane Football Club game, on Friday 17 July 2015 at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane (kick off at 6.45pm) including hospitality of finger food and drinks ("PRIZE OPTION 1"). Prize Option 1 is valued at $500.00 RRP. There are three (3) Prize Option 1 prizes available.
b. Two (2) x ‘Best Category’ General Admin Tickets to the Liverpool Football Club and Brisbane Football Club game on Friday 17 July 2015 at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane (kick off at 6.45pm) not including any hospitality ("PRIZE OPTION 2"). Prize Option 2 is valued at $200.00 RRP. There are forty five (45) Prize Option 2 prizes available.
c. Two (2) x exclusive invites to a closed training session with the Liverpool Football Club team, including a meet and greet with the players after training. The exact location and time of the prize will be provided upon acceptance of the prize ("PRIZE OPTION 3"). There are four (4) Prize Option 3 prizes available.
d. Two (2) x VIP Tickets to the Liverpool Football Club and Adelaide United Football Club game, including hospitality of finger food and drinks on Monday 20 July 2015 at Adelaide Oval, Adelaide (kick off at 7pm) ("PRIZE OPTION 4"). Prize Option 4 is valued at $500.00 RRP. There are three (3) Prize Option 4 prizes available.
e. Two (2) x ‘Best Category’ General Admin Tickets to the Liverpool Football Club and Adelaide United Football Club game on Monday 20 July 2015 at Adelaide Oval, Adelaide (kick off at 7pm) not including any hospitality ("PRIZE OPTION 5"). Prize Option 5 is valued at $200.00 RRP. There are forty five (45) Prize Option 5 prizes available.
f. Two (2) x exclusive invites to a closed training session, including a meet and greet with the players of Liverpool Football Club after training. The exact location and time of the prize will be provided upon acceptance of the prize ("PRIZE OPTION 6"). There are four (4) Prize Option 6 prizes available
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period, visit www.subway.com.au/liverpoolFC and:
i) if the Eligible Entrant is:
(a) an existing Subway Eat Fresh® Club member they must login, using their log in details; or
(b) not a Subway Eat Fresh® Club member they must first join the Subway Eat Fresh® Club and then login using their login details;
and then:
ii) from the six (6) Prize option events available (as defined below), the Eligible Entrant must choose the Prize option events with a preference from one (1) to six (6), with one (1) being most preferred, and six (6) being least preferred ("PREFERENCES");
iii) Confirm they are aware they must make their own way to each of the events on the specified date;
iv) answer the following question in 25 words or less: What would you do to win your ultimate Liverpool experience?; and
v) accept these terms and conditions.
