Entry into the Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST 30th April 2016 and closes at 11:59pm AEST 31st October 2016 (Promotion Period).
The Promotions is open to Australian and New Zealand Residents, over the age of 18. The Promotion can be entered via an entry form on the 1Cover.com.au or 1Cover.co.nz websites. All website visitors, including 1Cover customers, are welcome to enter the competition. Visitors may be invited to join the competition by social media links, online advertising, and via emails.
This Promotion is not open to any employees or family members of employees of 1Cover Pty Ltd or its related companies. No purchase is required to enter the competition.
The Promotion is to give away 1x Ultimate Celebrity Weekend Getaway valued up to $AU10,300. The prize winner can nominate a maximum of one adult to accompany them.

No part of the prize is exchangeable or transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
A Prize will be drawn on the 1st November 2016 with a total of 1 Draw to be made for the entire Promotion Period.
The Draw will be made at 11:00am AEST 1st November 2016 at the office of 1Cover Pty Ltd in Sydney and the winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system (Winner). The first winner selected shall win the main prize (Ultimate Celebrity Weekend Getaway).
Each selected 1Cover participant will be entered into the Draw once they enter their email address on the competition entry webpage hosted on the 1cover.com.au and 1cover.co.nz websites during the Promotion Period.
The Winners will be notified by telephone and email in writing within 48 hours of the draw to confirm delivery of their prize. 1Cover shall liaise with the winner to organise a suitable weekend for their prize to be redeemed. 1Cover shall liaise with suppliers to organise and pay for each element. If part of the prize cannot be fulfilled, a suitable replacement to the equivalent value shall be made at 1Cover’s discretion – subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Any Winner who cannot be contacted either by telephone or email within 12 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period (i.e. by 31st January 2017) will forfeit his/her right to the Prize and that Prize will be re-drawn using the list of eligible entrants (excluding any Ineligible Persons) who had joined the competition during the Promotion Period. This redraw will be conducted at 11:00am AEST 1 February 2017) at the office of 1Cover Pty Ltd in Sydney and the winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system.
If a Winner becomes an Ineligible Person, his/her Prize will be re-drawn using the list of eligible entrants (excluding any Ineligible Persons) who had joined the competition during the Promotion Period. This redraw will be conducted at 11:00am AEST 1 February 2017at the office of 1Cover Pty Ltd in Sydney and the winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system.
Winner of any re-draws to be conducted on the 1 February 2017 at will be contacted by telephone and notified in writing by email within 48 hours to confirm delivery of their Prize.
The Winners of the Promotion may have their names published on the 1Cover Pty Ltd website and will also be published in The Australian on 14th November. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed.
All entries become the property of the Promoter, 1Cover PTY LTD who collects personal information about participants to enable participants to participate in this Competition. 1Cover may require the consent of the ‘winner’ to disclosure personal information to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling and organising the prize.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
15.1. Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control).
15.2. Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
15.3. Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
15.4. Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions.
15.5. Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.
15.6. Use of a prize.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Competition Entrant and 1Cover Pty Ltd with respect to the Promotion. These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable State or Territory laws regarding trade promotion lotteries.
