The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for the prize or entries being damaged, late, or lost.
The Promoter and any contractors, employees and agents associated with the Promoter, will not be liable for claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect/inconsequential loss) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Conditions of Entry
Instructions on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry. Entry shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
For this promotion, entrants must complete the action outlined and all entries must be received by the closing date.
Entry is only open to Queensland residents aged over 18 years.
Employees of the Promoter and its immediate families, directors, management, related companies, and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway commences at 12am on Monday, 28 May 2018 and closes at 11:59pm on Thursday, 21 June 2018.
Giveaway Judging
Multiple entries are not accepted.
And all entries become the property of Intrust Super.
The winners will be randomly drawn by the Promoter’s representative.
Prize
The Ultimate Maroons experience prize package consisting of two Diamond members tickets to Game 3 of the 2018 Holden State of Origin series at Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday July 7, two Queensland Origin jerseys, two Maroons dressing room shed tour tickets, two tickets at the Queensland Maroon team Captain’s Run and a $1,000 Flight Centre voucher for travel and accommodation.
The prize is approximately worth $8,000.
The prize is not exchangeable or transferable. If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter will endeavour but is not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
Giveaway Winner
The winners will be notified by email or phone within three working days of the draw.
In the event that the winner cannot be contacted, a replacement winner will be chosen by a representative of the Promoter and the original winner will forfeit any and all right to the prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
The name and photograph of the winners may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
