Who can enter the giveaway?
Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over with access to the internet. Entrants may only enter once, and the use of automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means allowing repeated automatic entries is prohibited.
When does the giveaway close?
The promotion runs from 12:00am (AEST) Thursday 26/10/2023 until 11.59pm (AEST) Tuesday 31/10/2023.
How can one enter the giveaway?
Entrants can participate by visiting the webpage https://www.tinytones.com.au/pages/4th-bday-giveaway-2023 and completing the requested details or by using the entry form provided in the relevant Facebook sponsored ad. Entries are considered received at the time of receipt by Tiny Tones database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
What is the prize for the giveaway?
The prize consists of items from the Tiny Tones store up to the value of $500 AUD. If the chosen items are not in stock, the prize delivery will occur immediately after stock arrives, or the winner may select other items of equal value. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable after delivery and cannot be taken as cash.
What is the total worth of the prize?
The total worth of the prize is $500 AUD.
How and when will the winner be selected and notified?
The winner will be selected at random by an online random name selection tool from all the correct entries received by 11.59pm (AEST) 4/11/2023. They will be notified via email and will need to contact Tiny Tones by email with a phone number to arrange collection of the prize. If the winner does not make contact by 11.59PM AEST on 14th November 2023, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur.
