Judging will be conducted by a member or members of the Promoter at 115 Cotham Road, Kew VIC 3101 within the first five business days after the end of the promotion contesting period. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The best entry, as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion, based on the literary and creative merit of all valid entries submitted in that contesting period, will be the prize winner.
