If this is a problem for your event, then please advise the function coordinator before your arrival date and The Aviary will endeavour to provide an alternative If you are running late, tables are held for 15 minutes only Priority entry is available for a half hour window, for example if your booking is make for 7.00pm, your guests will gain priority entry from 7.00pm – 7.30pm No fancy dress is permitted anywhere within the venue Dress Code: Smart, neat, casual dress at all times, no singlets, no thongs after 6pm, no “fluro” workman uniform, ripped or torn clothing, excessive holes are not allowed. No offensive t-shirts, neat dress shorts are okay any time, no trainers/running shoes, steel toe cap or skate shoes are permitted after 6pm or on a Friday and Saturday, no sports club insignia, unless particular events or promotions allow it. The management have the right to refuse entry based on meeting The Aviary’s dress code. Competition closes Friday 4th March at 12 noon.
