How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following during the Promotional Period:
a) visit www.optusperks.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and
submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email
address, preferred contact number, Optus Mobile number of their National Geographic eligible service).
Optus mobile broadband customers must also provide the My Account email address of their National
Geographic eligible service; and
b) verify their eligible Optus service at optus.com.au/natgeo and activate a National Geographic account as
promoted. Then download the National Geographic for Optus app on their compatible device via Apple
App store or Google Play store.*
*App will only be available to download from 15/05/2019. However, entrants may complete step a) (i.e. online
entry form) from 14/03/19.
Step a) or step b) can be completed in any order. Both steps a) and b) above must be completed during the
Promotional Period in order for the entrant to be entered into the draw.
Entries permitted:
Only one (1) eligible entry per person will be accepted. By completing the entry method, the entrant will
receive one (1) entry.
