Who can enter the competition?
Entry is open to anyone who completes their competition entry via the QLD Music Trails website landing page, subscribes to The Promoter's email marketing database, and agrees to receive marketing content from Apollo Motorhome Holidays and CamperMate. Participants must be Australian residents aged 21 years or over and hold a full driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
When does the competition close?
The entry period for the prize draw is from Thursday, 4 July 2024, to Sunday, 14 July 2024.
How can one enter the competition?
Participants can enter the competition by completing their entry via the QLD Music Trails website landing page and subscribing to the Promoter's email marketing database. By entering, participants also agree to receive marketing content from Apollo Motorhome Holidays and CamperMate.
What is the prize for the competition?
One winner will receive a prize package that includes: - A self-drive holiday in an Apollo Euro Deluxe motorhome from 31 October 2024 to 4 November 2024 (valued at approximately $1,715). - 4x General Admission Tickets to each event on The Scenic Rim Trail. - 1x motorhome campsite at The Scenic Rim Trail's flagship event for the nights of 1 November and 2 November. - A $250 CamperMate fuel voucher. The motorhome package includes: - Apollo Euro Deluxe 6 berth motorhome vehicle for 5 days. - Apollo Value Pack liability reduction option with $0 liability (exclusions apply). - Unlimited Windscreen and Tyres cover, Undercarriage and Overhead damage cover, Single Vehicle Roll Over cover. - Pre-purchased gas bottle, toilet chemicals, camp chairs, and camp table.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool amount is approximately $1,965, including the motorhome holiday and the CamperMate fuel voucher.
What are the conditions of the prize?
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit. - The prize is for the specified dates only and cannot be split into different holiday periods. - Additional costs such as travel, accommodation, and related expenses are not included and must be covered by the winner. - The winner must make arrangements directly with Apollo Motorhome Holidays and CamperMate. - The winner will be required to present their driver's license and credit card at the Apollo Motorhome Holidays Brisbane branch.
When and how will the winner be drawn?
The Prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter on Monday, 15 July 2024, using a third-party digital competition generator.
How will the winner be notified?
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. The first name of the winner will also be published on social media and shared in email communications by The Promoter.
What if the prize is not claimed?
Winners must claim their prize and confirm contact details by return email within 10 days of notification. If a winner does not validly claim their prize within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided. Unclaimed prizes will be delivered to winners within 2 weeks of the date of claim.
