The competition is open to Australian permanent residents who are aged 18 years and over at the time of entry. However, certain individuals, such as businesses, registered builders, superannuation funds, and others mentioned in paragraph 10, are not eligible to enter. Additionally, individuals closely related to specific persons listed in paragraph 10(b) are also ineligible.

The competition commences on different dates depending on the location: 12:01 AM on 13th November for most regions, and 12:01 AM on 20th November for the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). The competition will end at 11:59 PM on 17th December 2023. All times mentioned are in AEST.

Eligible entrants can enter the competition by following these steps: 1. Visit Participating Centres and scan a QR code displayed there. 2. Subscribe to the Participating Centre's database. 3. Complete the official entry form, providing full legal name, valid contact number, and valid email address. 4. Remain subscribed to the database until at least the date of the draw to be eligible.
