Details of Participation: Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them. No purchase is necessary to enter contest or redeem the prize. Contest commences at 12.00pm AEST 28/05/17 and closes at 12.00pm AEST 31/08/17. Entries not received by that time or not completed in accordance with these Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.
Prize description: One major prize only. Prize is for two persons only. Prize is as follows:
1. Four consecutive night’s accommodation on a twin share basis at the Vibe Hotel Rushcutters Bay Sydney with breakfast

All prizes must be taken in Sydney.
Total Prize Value: AUD$1,856.00. If for any reason any part of the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
Who Can Enter: Contest is open to permanent residents of Australia, aged 18 years and over, who submit an eligible entry. Only one competition entry is permitted per person. Employees/contractors and/or immediate family members of Peppercorn Productions, TFE Hotels, Go Local Tours, Princess Cruises, Life’s An Adventure, Tastes of the Hunter Wine Tours and Sydney Harbour Attractions are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: Competition can only be entered online at http://thebigbus.com.au/sydneycompetition by completing the entry form provided in full and telling us in 25 words or less: ‘Why you would love to win the Ultimate Sydney Experience’. Use of the website form, promotional material or any other competition information without prior written consent constitutes illegal use.
Prize conditions: Prize (in whole or in part) is valid for six months from the date our winner is first notified, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Some components of the prize are seasonal in nature or subject to availability, and while the Promoter and its agents will do everything possible to provide the prize components at the time requested by the winner, this may not be possible. All costs associated with utilising the prize, unless stated in the prize description above, remain the responsibility of the prize winner. This includes, but is not limited to, return travel to Sydney and travel insurance.
Prize Draw: This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the prize winners. Prize will be given away to the entrants deemed to have provided the best entry as determined by the judges. Entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality, relevance, creativity, appeal and content and the best entry as determined by the Judges will be the winning entry. Final judging will take place on 04/09/17 at 12pm AEST. Entries not received by the Promoter before 12:00pm AEST 31/08/17 or entries that the Promoter, Peppercorn Productions does not have express consent to contact as at 12:00pm AEDT 31/08/17 are ineligible to win.
Entries must be ideas stemmed from the original thought of the competition entrant. Any such answers cannot be previously published in any forum worldwide. Entries that are found to have been derived from the designs of a third party will be considered invalid and if awarded a prize, that prize must be returned to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned. Each entrant is permitted only a
single entry. Each entrant will be uniquely identified by his or her email address. Multiple entries from a single entrant based on the same or differing email address will not be permitted. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. Neither the Promoter, nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Judging will be conducted at Business Unit 5, 20 Broadmeadows Road, Maroochydore 4558 at 2:00pm AEST on the 04/09/17. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Peppercorn Productions and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event that the prize is not claimed within 90 days of the judging date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on the next business day.
Notification: Winner will be notified using the contact details provided in their entry in the competition. The winner’s name will be published on www.thebigbus.com.au. The outcome of the promotion may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Peppercorn Productions, Business Unit 5, 20 Broadmeadows Road, Maroochydore 4558.
Promotion: By entering, the prize winner agrees to the use of entry answer, pictures, names &/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter, Peppercorn Productions, may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing & publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
Important Information: It is a condition of entry that each entrant must check the consent box to receive further marketing emails from Peppercorn Productions and its commercial partners. If the entrant has not given express consent to be contacted they will not be eligible to enter the competition. By checking the consent box, entrants are confirming that they authorise Peppercorn Productions to use their email contact details provided in their entry form for further sales and marketing purposes, until they opt out. Until they opt out, entrants may be contacted by email for the purpose of promoting the Promoter, commercial partners or supporting merchant's various products and services. Further the entrant agrees that the Promoter is reserving the right to sell, distribute, rent, licence, disclose or reveal, share or pass on the email address from their entry to any third party that complies with all applicable State and Federal Privacy Legislation, until they opt out. Entrants may also need to opt out of individual marketing lists on which they have been included, up until the date they opt out with the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, contact details of entrants and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Answers which are not original material, stemmed from your own original thought and in which you own copyright, or that contain personal information of third parties such as phone numbers, mail or email addresses, or that contain material which is unlawful, or makes reference to illegal activities, or that is offensive, abusive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, indecent or which is sexual or pornographic in nature, that vilifies, insults or humiliates any person, (whether fictional alive or dead) or which highlights, addresses or attacks any person on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability, or that contains profanity or spiteful remarks, or material that is commercial in nature, (this may include but is not limited to materials which advertise or promote any goods or services, websites, competitions, schemes or any other matter), or that contains false, misleading or deceptive information, misinformation or rumour, or that you do not have a right to post because of any law or arising out of a contractual obligation, or that contains viruses, or other malicious code, files or programs designed to interrupt, limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware will be removed from competition, and the entrant will be deemed ineligible to enter the competition or receive any prize. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches even to the extent that such failure, loss, damage or injury may be caused by the negligence of the Promoter. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to block, prohibit or withdraw entries where that entry impairs the proper operation of the competition and/or the Promoter's business.
