Existing Subway Eat Fresh® Club members must login, using their log in details, and then; Indicate what store the Qualifying Purchase was made at; Indicate the date and time of purchase as per their purchase receipt; and accept these Terms.      Non Subway Eat Fresh® Club members must complete the online entry form and include; all personal details required, including their name, address, contact telephone number and email address; Indicate what store the Qualifying Purchase was made at; Indicate the date and time of purchase as per their purchase receipt; and accept these Terms.
