Chauffeur driven transfers by Mercedes-Benz Vans to and from the final Western Bulldogs AFLW game at Victoria University Whitten Oval on Saturday 17 March.

Terms & Conditions
1. The entry period for the prize draw will commence at 9am Australian Eastern
Standard Time (AEST) on 19 January 2018 and will close at 11:59am on the 28th of
February 2018. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be valid.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and older. The prize draw is not open
to employees, contractors and employee’s partners of the Western Bulldogs Football Club.
3. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the
decisions of The Western Bulldogs Football Club, which are final in all matters regarding the
promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. The competition will be hosted by The Western Bulldogs via the entry form embedded on the
westernbulldogs.com.au and shared via social media channels of the Western Bulldogs, Mantra,
Priceline Pharmacies, Mercedes Vans and Maha restaurant.
Entrants must sign up online via the entry form on the westernbulldogs.com.au to enter the
competition. Entrants must provide their full name, telephone number, email address to enter the
promotion, as the winner will be notified either by email and/or by phone.
5. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Western Bulldogs Football Club reserve the right to seek verification of eligibility to enter and
receive a prize under these Terms and Conditions. Western Bulldogs reserves the right to disqualify
any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who
tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's sole and
unfettered discretion.
7. Only one entry to the prize draw per person is allowed and only one prize will be awarded.
8. By taking part in this competition you are agreeing to receive emails from the Western Bulldogs
Football Club and will be added to their AFLW email database.
10. The total value of the prize is RRP $2028
The prize includes:
- Priceline Pharmacy Pamper Pack valued at $400
- Two nights’ accommodation at Mantra Southbank Melbourne in a Two Bedroom Apartment for two
people from the 16.03.2018 – 18.03.2018. Check in is from 2pm and check out before 10am. One car
park is also included.
- Transport in a Mercedes van return to Western Bulldogs AFLW game on the 17th March 2018, from
Mantra Southbank.
- Two tickets to The Garden at the Western Bulldogs Round 7 game on Saturday 17th March 2018,
including food and beverages
- Lunch at Maha on the 17th March for two people as decided by Maha.
The prize pack will NOT include transport to Melbourne for this prize, this will come at the winner’s
own expense.
11. The Draw will commence at 417 Barkly Street on 1st March 2018 at 12:00pm. The winners of the
promotion will be drawn at this time by automated random selection. The winner will be notified by
phone on the 1st March 2018. Winner’s name will be published on www.westernbulldogs.com.au on
2nd March 2018 at 12:00pm.
12. There is no cash or credit alternative to the prize.
13. Winner must be 18 years or older to claim the prize and will be required to show valid
photographic ID when claiming the prize.
14. Prizes are non-transferable, not for re-sale, non-refundable, and non-changeable.
15. If a winner is untraceable within 10 days after Western Bulldogs reasonable efforts, Western
Bulldogs will conduct a "second chance draw" for any unclaimed or outstanding prize. The second
chance draw will be open to all eligible entrants who were not selected as winners before the Closing
Date. The winner of the second chance draw will be notified by phone.
16. The Second Chance Draw will commence at 417 Barkly Street on 12
th March 2018 at
12:00pm. The winner of the promotion will be drawn at this time by automated random selection
Second Chance Winner’s name will be published on www.westernbulldogs.com.au on
13th March 2018
17. By entering the prize draw, each entrant consents to the collection of his/her personal
data for the purposes of managing and administering the prize draw, and for future
marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with the Western Bulldogs Football
Club’s Privacy Policy. Entrants can access or request the amendment of their personal data at any time
by contacting Customer Services. Western Bulldogs collect personal information in order to conduct
the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not
limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian
regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
18. Western Bulldogs may use a winner’s name, town of residence, and likeness for the purpose of
announcing the winners without the need for any additional payment or permission. In addition, the
winner consents to Western Bulldogs using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including
photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without
remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any
products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Western Bulldogs.
19. No responsibility is accepted by Western Bulldogs for matters beyond its reasonable control, and
no refund or replacement prize will apply for such matters. Western Bulldogs accepts no responsibility
for any incomplete or inaccurate entries received or for system errors or other issues that may result in
disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries or winner notifications.
20. Western Bulldogs will not be responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and
all such prizes may be subject to third party providers’ standard terms and conditions.
21. Western Bulldogs reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions, and conditions
of operation of the promotion, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State or
Territory where required.
22. Failure by Western Bulldogs to enforce its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those
rights.
23. This prize draw shall be governed and construed by Australian law and is run by Western Bulldogs
Football Club (ABN 68 005 226 595), 417 Barkly Street, Footscray, 3011, Vic.
