WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are available to attend the 2016 Bluesfest festival in Byron Bay, NSW.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 17/12/2015 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 07/02/2016 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, visit www.flymetobluesfest.com.au follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including full name, postcode, date of birth and a valid email address), and submit the fully completed entry form so it is received by 11:59pm AEST on 07/02/2016.
PRIZE:
The 1st correct entry drawn will win a Bluesfest prize package, valued at $9495. The prize includes:
• four (4) x VIP tickets valued at $1030 each to Bluesfest 2016 at Byron Bay, NSW (valid from 24/03/2016 to 28/03/2016); and
• five (5) nights accommodation in a two (2) bedroom villa at Elements of Byron Bay, NSW valued at $835/night (valid only from 24/03/2016 to 28/07/2015). Accommodation cannot be transferred or is not redeemable for cash. Any additional costs the winner (and their companions) incur at Elements of Byron Bay during the promotional period are the responsibility of the winner (and their companions)
• $1200 flight voucher which must be from one of two of the promoter’s airline partners that the winner can nominate – Virgin Australia or Jetstar. Voucher will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the tickets are not included. Any unused balance of the vouchers will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the tickets is subject to any terms and conditions of the airline issuer. Flight bookings and changes to travel arrangements are the responsibility of the prize winner.
The winner (and their companions) must make their own way to/from the accommodation venue of Elements of Byron and the Bluesfest event, and any costs associated with travel to/from the event are the responsibility of the winner and will not be borne by the Promoter.
