Entry in the Win a VIP Experience at EIGHT competition will close on 30 September 2017. 6. Prize winners of EIGHT/The Gourmand & Gourmet. competitions are selected at random on the specified competition judging date. Winners are contacted by email within 5 business days of selection and may be announced in electronic direct mail, social media channels and/or the EIGHT/The Gourmand & Gourmet. website. 7. Entrants must be of legal drinking age for valid entry (18 years old). Any underage entrants will be disqualified. 8. The judges’ decision is final and binding. Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times and management decision is final. 17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 18.
