WHO CAN ENTER?
An Entrant is eligible to win a Prize if they: a) are a permanent resident of Australia; and b) are over the age of 18 and are not: c) employees of: i. the Promoter, Optus, or Telstra; ii. the Supplier; iii. any corporations or agencies related to the entities in paragraphs (i) and (ii) above; or iv. any of the Relevant Parties; or d) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption) of a person who is an employee of any of the entities listed in paragraph (c) above. Entry to the Promotion commences on the Commencement Date and closes on the Closing Date. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period: a) go to the Website; and b) click on the Promotion link; and c) complete all of the required data entry fields on the entry form; and d) answer the following question, in 25 words or less: “How would you stay classy at the Channel [V] Island Party this Summer?” (the “Entry Question”); and e) in addition to answering the Entry Question, Entrants may include a photograph or video which demonstrates their most classy pose (the “Entry Material”). To provide their Entry Material, Entrants must: i. upload a photo or video to their Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram account using the hashtag #VCLASSY; and ii. enter the Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram photo or video URL link into the entry form. PRIZES: There will be one (1) Major Prize Winner and fifty-nine (59) Runner-Up Prize Winners determined from all entries received during the Promotion Period. Each Winner will receive one (1) Prize. PRIZES The Major Prize is valued at a maximum of $3,000.00 and consists of the following: a) two (2) tickets to the Channel [V] Island Party, to be held in Sydney on Monday 30 November, 2015 commencing at sunset (the “Event”), valued at a maximum of $200.00; and b) two (2) return economy flights to Sydney Airport (the “Airport”) from the capital city in Australia nearest to the Major Prize Winner’s place of residence, valued at a maximum of $2,000.00; and c) one (1) night’s accommodation for the Major Prize Winner and one (1) guest in a minimum 4-star hotel in Sydney, to be chosen by the Promoter in its absolute discretion (the “Hotel”), valued at a maximum of $300.00; and d) transfers for the Major Prize Winner and one (1) guest between Sydney Airport, the Hotel and the Event, valued at a maximum of $300.00. THE TOTAL MAJOR PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $2,800.00 Each Runner-Up Prize is valued at a maximum of $200.00 and consists of the following: a) two (2) tickets to the Channel [V] Island Party, to be held in Sydney on Monday 30 November, 2015 commencing at sunset (the “Event”). THE TOTAL RUNNER-UP PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $11,800.00 THE TOTAL PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $14,600.00
