Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
Entry is open to WA residents, 18 years of age or over. Employees & the immediate families of The Guildford Hotel are ineligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The promotion commences at 10am, Monday 5th December 2016 and closes at 11pm, Sunday 18th December 2016.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, entrants must complete the online entry form via The Guildford Hotel website and accurately complete all mandatory fields within the promotional period. One entry per person via the online form will be accepted.
BONUS ENTRIES
A bonus entry will be awarded to entrants for who refer a friend to the competition. For each referral, the entrant will receive one extra entry.
A bonus entry will be awarded to entrants who purchase a ticket to The Guildford Hotel’s NYE Midnight in Cali party, prior to 11pm Sunday 18th December 2016. Should the winner already have purchased NYE Midnight in Cali tickets, The Guildford Hotel will refund the cost of up to 4 tickets.
PRIZE DRAW
The winner will be drawn at 10am, Monday 19th December 2016 at The Guildford Hotel, from all eligible entrants. The winner will be announced via The Guildford Hotel eNewsletter on Monday 19th December and will also be contacted by phone.
PRIZE
The winner will be provided with the following prize package valued at $3,250:
2x return flights from Perth to Los Angeles (up to the value of $2,500)
4x VIP Tickets to The Guildford Hotel’s NYE Midnight in Cali party on Saturday 31st December 2016. Tickets include a reserved table on the night and a bus transfer from The Guildford Hotel to Perth CBD following the party (total value $500)
$250 Gift Voucher for Claremont Quarter (total value $250)
Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any of the prizes.
FLIGHT CONDITIONS
Flights will be purchased by The Guildford Hotel on behalf of the winner. Winner must arrange with The Guildford Hotel to have flights booked by Friday 31 March 2017 and travel completed by Sunday 31st December 2017. Winner must travel with their companion on the same flights.
Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flights are subject to capacity control, and availability may be limited particularly around peak times such as school holidays.
Any changes or costs incurred once flights have been issued will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize is subject to the general Terms & Conditions of the participating suppliers.
Prize does not include, travel insurance, accommodation, tours, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed to by The Guildford Hotel) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If prize cannot be provided for any reason, The Guildford Hotel reserves the right to provide an alternative prize to the same value and nature, subject to approval by the relevant state authorities.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Guildford Hotel reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these Terms & Conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize. If the prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, The Guildford Hotel will conduct further prize draws, until a winner is confirmed. The winner will be notified in writing via email and contacted via phone.
The Guildford Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Guildford Hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Guildford Hotel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants consent to The Guildford Hotel using their name in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by The Guildford Hotel. The winner will need to be available for photo shoot when claiming their prize.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into The Guildford Hotel’s database. The Guildford Hotel is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Guildford Hotel assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
By submitting personal information to and/or entering this competition, entrants agree that The Guildford Hotel may collect, use and disclose such personal information in accordance with these terms & conditions, The Publican Group privacy policy and as permitted or required by law. Entrants consent to The Guildford Hotel providing additional communications, information and promotions via email. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not enter the promotion and do not provide any personal information to The Guildford Hotel. If you refuse or withdraw consent, or choose not to provide The Guildford Hotel with any of the required personal information, The Guildford Hotel may not be able to enter you into the promotion.
