Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via Internet only.

Participation in this promotion is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to participate. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Promotion commences 01/05/2019 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 29/06/2019 (“Promotional Period”). There will be one (1) draw for each day of the Promotional Period (60 days in total). Entries received prior to 11:59pm AEST on a particular day will be entered into the draw for that day, to take place in accordance with clause 9

To enter, entrants must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:

Purchase any specially marked jar of Nutella from any supermarket in Australia or New Zealand. Each specially marked jar of Nutella will contain a sticker with a scratch panel, which once scratched, will reveal a unique code;

Scratch the panel to reveal the unique code and then visit (“Promotional Website”) and follow the prompts to the promotional entry page;

input the requested details (including full name, a valid email address, phone number, the supermarket in which the specially marked jar of Nutella was purchased, address and unique code);

check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy; and

submit the fully completed online entry form (each an “Entry”).

Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) and the original product barcodes for all entries as proof of purchase. The entrant may be asked to provide receipts and barcodes for all Entries. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all Entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s Entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, date of purchase and products purchased.

Multiple Entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) Entry is permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of two (2) Entries per person per day is permitted (to be validated by email address and any other means determined by the Promoter, acting reasonably).

Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible Entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected Entries. Contact details entered incorrectly by an Entrant on their entry form will deem their Entry invalid.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Costs associated with accessing the Promotional Website remain an entrant’s responsibility and may vary depending on the Internet service or telecommunications provider used.

The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Entries submitted by that entrant invalid.


There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of 60 draws (“Daily Draws”). Entries into each Daily Draw will open and close each day based onVIC local time. Each Daily Draw will take place at at Tug Agency, Level 7, 61 Marlborough Street Surry Hills NSW 2010 at at 10.00am on the first business day after entries close for that Daily Draw, with the first Daily Draw taking place on 02/05/2019 and the last Daily Draw taking place on 01/07/2019. For the removal of doubt, no draws will be conducted during the weekend or on a public holiday in VIC. Entries in each Daily Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Daily Draw(s).

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept or declines the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn for that Daily Draw.

The first fifty (50) eligible Entries randomly drawn in each Daily Draw will each win one (1) Breakfast Kit including breakfast board, knife and apron, valued at AUD$30.00.
