To enter this competition, Eligible Entrants must during the Competition Period complete the entry form with their first name, last name, a valid email address & opt-in to receive marketing material from Riders by Lee. As part of their entry individuals have the opportunity to invite friends to enter, but will not receive a bonus entry for doing so.
Entries open at 8.00am AEST on 3rd May 2021 and close at 4:00PM AEST on 24th May 2021 (‘Promotional Period’).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, as of the date of entry, who submit their entry into this promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Employees, managers and directors of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Multiple entries are NOT permitted, the use of scripting or any other form of automation is prohibited and will result in any entries submitted on that basis being invalidated. By submitting the registration form, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
One (1) winner will be drawn at 2:00pm AEST on 27th May 2021 at the Promoter’s Premises, True Alliance 28 – 34 Rooney Street, Richmond, VIC 3121, Australia. Promoter will notify the potential Prize Draw winners by email or telephone after the date of the drawings as per indicated above. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) working days of the draw date.
The Promoter’s decision on all aspects of this promotion is final, but subject to state and territory legislation, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Total Prize Value $1,500 AUD (including GST) as at 27/05/2021.
One (1) winner will receive:
Three (3) $500 (RRP) Riders by Lee wardrobes (total prize valued at $1500 RRP).
The winner is to select two eligible friends with valid email addresses to receive one (1) $500 (RRP) Riders by Lee wardrobe each.
Product is to be selected by winner and two friends, subject to availability of sizing and product.
If for any reason a winner does not redeem their prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
The winner is required to confirm their prize by 4pm AEST 14th June 2021.
Prizes, or any unused portion of the prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If the prize is unclaimed, a second chance draw will be held at 10.00am (AEST) on 15th June 2021. The winner of any second chance draw will be contacted by email within 2 days of the draw. The second chance winner must provide confirmation of prize by 21st June 2021.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant or any entries in its absolute discretion; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. For example, the Promoter may disqualify: (a) any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process; (b) any entries that contain material that is obscene, indecent, objectionable, defamatory, libellous or otherwise contravenes an applicable law or infringes any third party's rights; (c) any entries that the Promoter considers inappropriate for any reason; (d) any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process. The Promoter's decision in relation to disqualification is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

By submitting an entry into this competition entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The Promoter may disclose personal information collected to Australian regulatory authorities, such as the regulators of trade promotions. The Promoter will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy on request by writing to the Promoter using the details below.
