Competition Period close Date & Time Competition closes Sunday 28th January 2018 at 11:59 PM (AEDT) 8. Entry Restrictions a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. b) Entrants must be able to take the prize on Tuesday 30th January 2018 at 7 PM. Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit their entry. 9. How to enter During the Competition Period: (a) Participants must visit the WIN page at WSFM.com.au during the competition period and fully complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and by stating in 25 words or less why you want to see Michael Bolton live at “A Night with Michael Bolton” within the time period specified. (b) Each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified. 10. Limitation on entries Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different answer to the question ‘Tell us in 25 words or less why you want to see Michael Bolton live at A Night with Michael Bolton’. 11. Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour, uniqueness and suitability for the prize. 13: Prize Details There are up to fifty (50) prizes to be won, as follows: Prize: Two (2) x tickets to A Night With Michael Bolton at The Beresford, Surry Hills, valued at up to $150 (inc. GST) 14: Total Prize Value Up to $7,500 inc. GST 15: Winner Notification Winners will be notified: - via telephone - via email 16: Prize Claim and Delivery Prize/s must be claimed by 5 PM AEDST on Monday 29th January 2018. The prizes will be delivered via mail &/or email to the winner’s residential or email address as provided on their entry form. 17. Special conditions • Entrants must be able to take the prize on the evening of Tuesday 30 th January 2018. Winners unable to attend the event on this date will forfeit their prize. • By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes. • If an entrant is deemed a winner, they will receive one (1) prize only. The promoter may elect to award more than one (1) prize. • The Promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion; the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority. • The Promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. • The Promoter may amend the contesting period in accordance with state legislative rules.
