Terms and conditions for Karrinyup’s Exclusive VIP AW18 Fashion Season Launch Workshops Competition 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions 2. The promoter is AMP Capital Shopping Centres Pty Limited (ABN 13 001 595 955) of Level 16, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Karrinyup Shopping Centre, ABN: S9001777591, registered office: 3. The promotion is only open to residents of Western Australia, excluding employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter, retail tenants in participating AMP Capital Shopping Centres, and the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion. 'Immediate family' means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, their directors. 4. The promotion is a game of skill, and winners will be selected based on their creativity. 5. Entrants must be 18 years old and over to enter and be eligible to win. 6. To be eligible to win the prize you must submit your answer online via the competition entry page. You can enter as many times as you like. You can sign up to the VIP database with entry. We do not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or submissions. 7. The promotion commences at Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) at 9am on the 19th February 2018, and closes at 5pm AWST on the 4 th of March 2018 (the Promotion Period). 8. The winners will be chosen based on the entry answers by Karrinyup Shopping Centre in its absolute discretion. Karrinyup’s discretion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be announced on Monday 5th March by 5pm. The winners will be notified via Email and must provide their contact details within 24 hours. Karrinyup accepts no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided email or telephone information. 9. There are 24 x prizes to be awarded, and each prize includes: 2 x tickets to the winner’s choice of VIP seated workshop at the Karrinyup Autumn/Winter 18 Season Launch Day, luxury nibbles, photo opportunity with special guest host of that workshop, and a premium Karrinyup gift bag. All entries that did not win are more than welcome to attend the day outside of the VIP area. 10. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or sold. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to re judge in the event of an Eligible Entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If a prize remains forfeited or unclaimed as of 9am the 8 th March 2018, the Promoter will announce a new winner at 2pm at the offices of Karrinyup, 200 Karrinyup Rd, Perth, Western Australia. 12. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
