Competition Period close Date & Time The competition closes at 11:59PM AEST on Sunday 26th August 2018. 8. Entry Restrictions a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. b) Entrants must be able to take the prize in the relevant state and on the relevant date in accordance with their registered address as specified by the Promoter. c) Entrants must be able to collect the prize from the relevant Station as specified by the Promoter. d) Requests for tickets to be posted will be at the winner’s own risk. Lost tickets will not be replaced. 9. How to enter Online entry: During the Competition Period: (a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and by answering in 25 words or less the question: ‘Why do you want to see the Richard Marx live in concert?’ (b) Each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entries it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified and those entries will be awarded the prize/s. 10. Limitation on entries Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different answer to the question: ‘Why do you want to see the Richard Marx live in concert?’ Entrants may only win one prize each, per household. 11. Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on, among other things, creativity, uniqueness, and relevance to the question. 13: Prize Details The allocation of the below tickets will be at the discretion of the promoter. There are up to ten (10) prizes to be won per state, as follows: Each New South Wales WSFM prize winner will receive: Two tickets to Richard Marx concert at the State Theatre in Sydney on Tuesday 4th December 2018, valued at up to $180.00 (inc GST). Each Victorian GOLD104.3 prize winner will receive: Two tickets to Richard Marx concert at the Palais Theatre in Melbourne on Friday 7th December 2018, valued at up to $180.00 (inc GST). Each Queensland 4KQ prize winner will receive: Two tickets to Richard Marx concert at Eatons Hill Ballroom in Brisbane on Wednesday 5th December 2018, valued at up to $180.00 (inc GST). Each South Australian CRUISE 1323 prize winner will receive: Two tickets to Richard Marx concert at Thebarton in Adelaide on Sunday 25th November 2018, valued at up to $180.00 (inc GST). 14: Total Prize Value Up to $7,200 (inc GST) 15: Winner Notification Winners will be notified via telephone and via email 16: Prize Claim and Delivery Prize/s must be claimed by 4:00PM AEST on the day before the concert. The prize/s will be available for collection by the winner from the Station. The Station will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection. 17. Special conditions The Promoter is not responsible for changes to dates, times or cancellation of events. No substitute prize will be provided in the instance where there are changes to dates, times or cancellation of events. For the avoidance of doubt travel or accommodation are not included in the prize, and any travel or accommodation needed to take the prize will be at the prize winner’s expense. By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter and THE Mushroom Group a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
