WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia only ("Eligible Entrants") who have a valid telephone number and valid email address. Where applicable all Eligible entrants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to redeem their prize. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion. All entries of Eligible Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the Promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Eligible Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Eligible Entrants aged less than 18 years). If any Winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the Winner entering the Promotion on behalf of the Winner, at the discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the Winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).

Only one (1) entry per person permitted per Promotional Period. Any subsequent entry in a Promotional Period after the first valid entry is received will be deemed invalid. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Contact details entered incorrectly on the Promotional Website by an Eligible Entrant will deem an entry invalid.
PRIZES:
There are thirty-eight (38) prizes available to be won across the Promotion, with different prizes allocated to each Promotion Period as set out above in Condition 3. Prize details are as below:
Promotional Period 1: There are 8 prizes available. Each prize is for four (4) tickets to The Citi Lounge during Sydney Swans vs. GWS Giants on 18 April 2015, including match day ticketing, and food and beverage package. Each prize is valued at A$400.
Promotional Period 2: There are 8 prizes available. Each prize is for four (4) tickets to The Citi Lounge during Sydney Swans vs. Western Bulldogs on 2 May 2015, including match day ticketing, and food and beverage package. Each prize is valued at A$400.
Promotional Period 3: There are 8 prizes available. Each prize is for four (4) tickets to The Citi Lounge during Sydney Swans vs. Port Adelaide on 2 July 2015, including match day ticketing, and food and beverage package. Each prize is valued at A$400.
Promotional Period 4: There are 5 prizes available. Each prize is for four (4) tickets to The Citi Lounge during Sydney Swans vs. Adelaide Crows on 1 August 2015, including match day ticketing, and food and beverage package. Each prize is valued at A$400.
Promotional Period 5: There are 8 prizes available. Each prize is for four (4) tickets to The Citi Lounge during Sydney Swans vs. Gold Coast SUNS, date and time TBC, including match day ticketing, and food and beverage package. Each prize is valued at A$400.
Promotional Period 6: There is one (1) prize to be won in the Promotion. The prize is for one (1) barbeque for the Winner and a maximum of twenty (20) people with no less than 6 players from the Sydney Swans at an agreed location within a 100km radius of the Sydney Central Business District (which could include the Winner's residence where it falls within this radius) for a minimum of two (2) hours. The date of the barbeque is to be agreed between the winner, Citi and Sydney Swans and must be on a Monday or Wednesday between 5.30-7.30PM. The Promoter will provide a maximum of $1,500 worth of food and beverages for the barbeque. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a Winner does not take their prize, it will be forfeited by the Winner. Citi maintain the rights to have videographers and/or photographers present for the duration of the barbeque with the purpose of capturing content. By accepting the prize the Winner agrees that they may appear on camera and consent to the reproduction and use of their photograph, image, likeness, voice or a reproduction thereof, either in whole or part, to be used by Citi for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the production currently entitled: "Sydney Swans - Fan BBQ"
The total prize pool value is A$16,300. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the prize/s value. The prize/s is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. A prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prize value is the recommended retail price including GST.
