8: Entry Restrictions (a) Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over
at the time of Entry.
(b) Entrants and their companion must be an Australian resident
and have a registered address in either the Australian Capital
Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland,
South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria or Western Australia.

(c) Entrants and their companion must already be the holder of a
current passport with at least six (6) months validity from the
travel date.
(d) The Winner and their companion must be available to travel
at a time determined by the Promoter between Wednesday,
5
th December 2018 and Wednesday, 12th December 2018.
The total nights spent in New York, U.S., will be five (5)
nights so the Winner and their companion may not be away
for the entire time specified above. Exact travel dates are
subject to airline availabilities.
(e) Entrants and their companion must be able to travel and
attend the 2018 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball in New York, U.S.,
between Wednesday, 5th December 2018 and Wednesday,
12th December 2018. Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit
their Entry.
(f) Entrants must be a registered iHeartRadio Australia user. A
registered user means anyone who is an Australian resident
who has downloaded the iHeartRadio Australia App and
registered their details; or who is an Australian resident who
has registered with iHeartRadio Australia with their details
online at https://www.iheart.com/.
(g) For Entries via social media, Entrants must have their profiles
set to ‘public’ or viewable by the public in respect of any
material submitted as part of their Entry.
9: How to Enter (a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air, online and social
media commercials to visit the Station website and fully
complete the online Entry Form including by providing their
contact details – full name, phone number, e-mail and
address.
(b) Each valid Entry received by the time specified by the Station
will be placed into a random Prize Draw.
(c) The Promoter will select one Entry and that Entrant will be
deemed a Winner and receive the Prize.
Bonus Entries:
Upon completing the online Entry Form, Entrants will be
presented with three (3) opportunities for Bonus Entries as
outlined below.
All Bonus Entries will be capped at one (1) per Entrant for all of

19: Special Conditions (a) Should any elements of the Prize be changed, moved,
cancelled or not available for any unforeseen reason, the
Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize Winner will not
be compensated.
(b) If the event is cancelled for any reason, the tickets will not be
transferable for any other Prize.
(c) Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for
cash.
(d) Travel must be taken on the dates to be specified by the
Promoter / is subject to black-out period as specified by the
Prize Provider. If a Winner and travelling companion are, for
whatever reason, unable to travel during these dates or do
not take an element of the Prize within the time stipulated,
then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner.
(e) The Winner and their travelling companion are responsible for
all other expenses not listed above including but not limited to
meals, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, phone
calls, gratuities, optional activities and excursions, freight,
excess baggage, ground transport, visas, additional spending
money, travel insurance and all other transfers, including
travel costs to and from their closest capital city airport if the
Winner is from a regional area. A credit card imprint may be
required at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
(f) It is the Winner’s and their companion’s personal
responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation,
including but not limited to valid passports and visas which
meet the requirements of immigration and other government
authorities at the destinations. Any fines, penalties, payments
of expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not
meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole
responsibility of the Traveller.
(g) All Prize travel will be subject to the carrier’s General
Conditions of Carriage. The Promoter and carrier make no
representations as to the safety, conditions or other issues
that may exist at any destination. By entering this
Competition and by collecting the Prize, the Winner
acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other
activities comprising the Prize, are inherently dangerous and
may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or
other losses.
(h) The Promoter strongly recommends that the Winner and their
companion take out travel insurance and consult the
www.smartraveller.gov.au website prior to travelling.
(i) The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Contesting
Period at its absolute discretion; the Promoter reserves the
right to terminate the Competition subject to any direction
from a regulatory authority.
(j) Entrants must be a registered user of iHeartRadio Australia to
be eligible to Enter this Competition.
(k) Tickets cannot be on sold and if found to be, the tickets will
be cancelled.
(l) Entry to the event may be subject to the Presenter’s and / or
Venue’s rules.
(m) Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the
complete discretion of the Promoter.
(n) The Winner and their companion will be required to sign a
travel indemnity.
(o) The Winner’s and their companion’s contact details provided
will be provided to an Australian Radio Network (ARN) Travel
Partner for the purpose of awarding the Prize only, unless
specified otherwise.
(p) The Prize Winner’s flights may not be direct flights to the
destination and may involve a stopover.
(q) The Winner and companion must both travel from the
Winner’s closet Australian capital city.
(r) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, The
Promoter and its Sponsor (including the Sponsor’s officers,
employees and agents) are not liable to You in respect of any
loss however it is caused (including, without limitation, loss
arising from any loss event), which You suffer or incur or
which arises directly or indirectly in respect of You accepting
this offer of a Prize, making arrangements to embark on any
travel or other elements or part comprising the Prize or
undertaking or participating in any part of the Prize, including
if the loss is as a result of a failure or omission on the part of
the Promoter, or any service provider involved in providing
the Prize or any elements of the Prize or any other person or
entity.
(s) By entering this Competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter
a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the
materials for the purposes of conducting the Competition and
