1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promotion commences at 11:00am (AEDT) on 4 January and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on Sunday, 19 January 2017 (“Promotional Period”).
3. Entry is open to New South Wales residents who are over the age of 18 (“Eligible Entrants”). The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winners provide proof of identification, age and Australian residency prior to receiving a prize. Proof of identification, age, and residency considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.
4. To enter the promotion, participants must during the Promotional Period view the ANZ Facebook post at www.facebook.com/ANZAustralia) and complete all entry detail requirements in the Facebook form, including nominating the concert that they wish to attend and be available to accept the prize as stated if they are a winner (on the event date included in condition 8 of these Terms & Conditions) (‘Eligible Entry’). All eligible entries will receive one entry into the draw corresponding to the entrant’s nominated concert. One entry per person is permitted per concert.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.
Entry details will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will then be destroyed by ANZ unless an entrant has indicated that they allow ANZ to contact them and provide further information regarding ANZ’s sponsorship of Taronga Zoo and the Twilight at Taronga Concert Series.
6. There will be nineteen (19) prize draws, with 4 winners drawn for each of the Twilight at Taronga Concerts listed in clause 8. The draws will take place at 2.00pm (AEDT) on Friday, 20 January 2017at the offices of Mike Da Silva and Associates (Aust) Pty Ltd (ABN 50 003 894 022) ('MDSA') at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. The draws will be conducted by MDSA, and the first 4 eligible entries drawn in each draw will receive the applicable prize. If an entrant drawn is unable to accept the prize as stated, including on the date indicated, they will be considered ineligible and another entrant/s will be drawn until all prizes can be awarded.
7. The result of the draws is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified in writing within 2 business days of the Draw Date and their names will be published on www.twilightattaronga.org.au on Monday, 20 January 2017.
8. The first 4 eligible entries randomly drawn for each of the 19 concerts (listed below) will each receive a double pass (2 tickets) to attend the Twilight at Taronga Concert at Taronga for the concert listed within the Form at the time of Entry, as outlined under the entry requirements (condition 4) .

9. Each double pass includes entry for two (2) people to their listed concert.
10. Total maximum prize pool value is $11,696.40 including GST. Prizes will be delivered via electronic mail by ANZ to the winner’s nominated electronic mail address within 2 days of the winners being notified, subject to the winner confirming by email to enable the prize to be delivered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of the value of the prize.
11. Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prizes are not transferable to another person (unless agreed by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash. Each prize may only be used on the date (and, if applicable, at the time) indicated. Any element of a prize that is unused will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize.
12. The prizes do not include travel to and from the event location and is the responsibility of each winner and their companions.
13. In the event that any component of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize component with another prize of equal value and the Prize Winner will be notified accordingly, subject to State legislation.
14. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize during the stated period, and on the conditions stipulated by the Promoter (and those of any prize supplier), then that element of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the event.
15. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
16. If for any reason the promotion or prize is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
