After finding herself in the middle of a tornado, Dorothy (Samantha Dodemaide) wakes up in a new world, populated by tiny people who sing and dance and the stunning Good Witch, Glinda (Lucy Durack). On her way to meet the Wizard who will help her on her journey in this new land, she meets the Tinman, the Scarecrow and the Cowardly Lion who all accompany her and protect her from the Wicked Witch (Jemma Rix).
