What are the prize details for this competition?
Win trip for two biking adventure through Bavaria, Southern German region - Eligibility: The contest is open to all travelers aged 18 to 90 years old, except residents of India, Belgium, Sweden, and Quebec.
Prize: The prize consists of two seats on the trip shown after entering the contest from Eurobike, including transportation provided by the tour operator and flight partner mentioned in the trip notes. The prize is non-transferable and has no redeemable cash value. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Entry: To enter the contest, entrants must enter a valid email address on the contest website and choose their preferred tour. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
Contest Period and Winner Selection: The contest starts on 01.03.2023 at 09:00 CET and ends on 31.03.2023 at 15:00 CET. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all valid entries received during the Contest Period.
Release: By entering, each participant agrees to comply with the Official Rules and release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability.
Additional Costs and Requirements: The winner is responsible for additional spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, and all other ancillary costs unless otherwise stated. The winner and their invitees must take out comprehensive travel insurance before they travel.
Travel Terms: The tour is subject to availability, and the winner needs to book and travel by 31.12.2023. Entrants also agree to abide by the general terms and conditions listed on the TourRadar website.
General Conditions: The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or connected with the contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
