COLD ROCK – TOMB RAIDER PROMOTION
1. The Tomb Raider Promotion (“TRP”) commences at 9:00am AEDT on 5 February, 2018 and
concludes at 11:59pm AEDT on 4 March, 2018 (“Promotion Period”). The Promoter is Cold
Rock Management Pty Ltd (ACN 078 334 326), of L9, 616 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC, 3004.
2. The TRP is open to all Australian residents.
3. To enter the TRP, entrants must during the Promotion Period:
i. Visit the TRP website at www.winwithcoldrock.com
ii. Enter their personal details, including name, surname and postcode; and
iii. Answer the question in 25 words or less “If you were to find a tomb full of one type of
Mix Ins, what would it be and why?”
4. Entrants may enter the TRP as many times as they like throughout the Promotion Period.
5. At the end of the Promotion Period, one entrant will be selected as the prize winner (Winner),
based on the most creative answer.
6. The Winner will receive a Prize Package which comprises:
i. Return flights to and from the Winner’s nearest Capital City in Australia to Sydney Airport (if
applicable).
ii. Return transfers to and from Sydney Airport to the winner’s accommodation.
iii. Two night’s accommodation at a hotel.
iv. Two tickets to the Sydney Tomb Raider premiere.
v. Cab vouchers for return transfers from hotel to premiere.
The total prize value is $3,760.
7. The Winner will be notified by email and / or phone and advertised on the “Official Cold Rock Ice
Cream” Facebook, Instagram and Website pages from 5 March 2018.
8. All employees, or immediate relatives of the Promoter are ineligible to enter the TRP.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties and / or associated web costs
in relation to the TRP process.
10. The decision in regards to the Winner will be made by the Promoter and is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Prize Package is subject to the following conditions:
i. All travel and accommodation elements must be taken in conjunction with the Australian
Premiere of Tomb Raider in Sydney – timing TBC.
ii. The Prize Package is based on 2 people sharing one room, and at least one person must
be 18 years or over. If Winner is under 18 years old, then his/her guest must be his/her
parent or guardian.
iii. The hotel will be rated with a minimum of 4 stars and will be chosen by Roadshow Films
Pty Ltd (ACN 100 746 870) (the Prize Provider).
iv. The hotel requires that a valid credit card be presented in for incidentals.
v. The Winner and their travelling companion must travel at the same time and are
responsible for transport to and from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in
Australia.
vi. Flights are economy class and may not necessarily be direct to Sydney.
vii. Tickets and flights are non-transferable once issued. All other expenses including meals
are the responsibility the Winner and their travelling companion.
viii. If the Premier is abandoned, called off, varied or postponed for any reason, then, the prize
winner will forfeit the right to attend the premier, and no cash or alternative tickets will be
substituted for the premier.
ix. Premiere tickets are valid for the date to be specified by the Prize Provider, and are subject
to the terms and conditions stipulated by them, including any applicable age restriction.
x. The Promoter, the event organisers or the Prize Provider expressly reserve the right to
eject any Winner (and/or their companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but
not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize Package.
xi. All tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed).
xii. All components of the Prize Package must be fulfilled at the same time and cannot be split
across different time periods.
xiii. Once the Prize Package has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights,
accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their
travelling companions.
xiv. The airline’s conditions of carriage apply to all flights.
xv. Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the Promoter’s absolute and final
decision.
xvi. Any changes by the Winner made to the Prize Package (including travel extensions,
additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of$250 excluding GST, which
must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
