Win 'Tsingtao' merchandise! - Tsingtao Story Contest Terms and Conditions
1. The “Tsingtao Story” contest (referred to herein as “the contest”) is run by: Tsingtao Brewery Co.,Ltd (herein “Tsingtao”)
2. The contest runs from April 17, 2017 to May 22, 2017 for a total of six weeks. Each week a new image will be posted, and with each new image, contestants will have a chance to submit a new story about the image for a chance to win. There are five total images.
3. To enter the contest, you must be of legal purchasing age, or older, in your country at the time of entry. Entrants (“fans” or “participants”) who do not satisfy this requirement are not permitted to participate.
4. This contest is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Tsingtao or their immediate partners.
5. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity as Tsingtao may require.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. To enter this contest you must complete all of the following:
a) “LIKE” the contest image post.
b) Click the link provided in the post and fill out all required information, including your full name, country, email, and telephone number.
c) Most importantly, write and submit your original Tsingtao Story explaining the story behind the items in the image post.
8. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
9. Entrants who win but are found not to meet the minimum requirements through entering falsified information will be disqualified and their prizes forfeited.
10. One winner will be selected per round. Tsingtao will select their favorite answers as the winner. The fan with the most creative story, as determined by Tsingtao, will win. The story should tie in all items in the image with Tsingtao.
11. Winners will be announced in the post, so you must “LIKE” the contest image so that we can tag you to notify you. Again, to qualify, you must “LIKE” the contest image.
12. Once we have notified you with a comment, you have five days to reply with a private message to claim your prize. If you do not respond within 5 days of being notified, you will forfeit your prize and Tsingtao reserves the right to choose another winner. The judges’ decision will be final.
13. If you are a winner, we will ask that you send the Tsingtao Facebook page a private message, confirming your email, so that we can arrange delivery of your prize and attend to any other required matters.
14. Tsingtao aims to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
15. The prize is not transferable to another person nor is it exchangeable for cash or any other prize(s).
16. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. Tsingtao reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If Tsingtao does amend the contest rules, Tsingtao will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
17. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion
