1. “#OnlyatChangi” Competition (“Competition”) is organised by Changi Airport Group
(Singapore) Pte. Ltd, Singapore Changi Airport, PO Box 168, Singapore, 918146
(“Promoter”).
PARTICIPATION
2. Entering the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
3. The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants.
4. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who is:
i. Not an employee, officer, servant or contractor of the Promoters or any
organisation associated with the Competition or provision of the prize, or their
related bodies corporate or associates or any of their agencies involved with the
Competition;
ii. Not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by
adoption) of such an employee or other person as described in clause 4(i) above;
iii. A permanent resident of Australia; and
iv. Aged 18 years or over
5. All relevant instructions on the Promoters’ website (if any) form part of these
conditions

6. The competition commences at 10.00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”)
on Monday, 28 August 2017 and closes at 11.59 pm AEST on Monday, 09 October
2017. (“Competition Period”)
7. Any entry received after 11.59pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on
Monday, 09 October 2017 will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for
late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

9. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judging
panel will be composed of 3 representatives from Changi Airport Group’s marketing
team and the list of the judges will not be available. The judging panel will then
individually judge each entry on their merits based upon: creativity, personality and
originality. The decisions of the judges are final and no correspondence or discussion
shall be entered into concerning the decisions of the judges.
10. All Eligible Entrants must check the Terms & Conditions check box acknowledging
that they have read and agree to the Competition Terms.
11. There is one prize to be won as part of #OnlyAtChangi competition.

12. Eligible Entrants who satisfy the Entry Requirements will be eligible to win the
“Prize”?.
FLIGHTS
i. Two (2) return economy flights with Singapore Airlines or Silkair from either Sydney,
Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth to Singapore, including taxes and
standard baggage allowance. The winner may choose to stopover in Singapore at
their own cost
ii. Two (2) return economy flight with Singapore Airlines or Silkair from Singapore to
either Bandung (Indonesia), Lombok (Indonesia), Surabaya (Indonesia), Yogyakarta
(Indonesia), Vientiane (Laos), Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia), Yangon (Myanmar), Chiang
Mai (Thailand), Koh Samui (Thailand), Da Nang (Vietnam), Hanoi (Vietnam), or Ho
Chi Minh City (Vietnam), depending on itinerary chosen.
ACCOMMODATION
13. One night’s accommodation (for 2) will be provided if the Changi Dream Experience
proposed is estimated to take more than a day and overnight accommodation is
required. Changi Airport Group reserves the right to decide which hotel depending
on the chosen itinerary. (either Transit hotels or Crown Plaza Hotel, Terminal 3).
CHANGI? ?DREAM? ?EXPERIENCE
14. The winner will take part of his/her Changi Dream Experience during his/her layover
in Singapore Changi Airport that will take place within the 6 months following the
awarding of the prize (24 October 2017). The Winner agrees that he/she will be
photographed and filmed during the experience in Changi Airport and that the
footage can be used on social media and other online channels (webinar included)
live and thereafter.
15. Total Prize pool is valued at up to? ?AUD? ?$10,084? ?(highest? ?value? ?option).
16. Judging of all entries will take place between 10 October and 24 October 2017 at
Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, Singapore Changi Airport, PO Box 168,
Singapore, 918146.
17. The Winner will be notified within 3 business days of the conclusion of judging in
writing via email provided if entry was via au.changiairport.com/onlyatchangi
16. It is recommended that the Winner book as early as possible to ensure best chance
of securing their preferred travel dates. The prize cannot be refunded for cash or
transferred and cannot be used in conjunction with any Frequent Flyer programs &
any other special offer. The prize does not include any other travel costs to and from
the winner’s city of residence to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth or
Canberra airport. All components of the Prize must be taken together. Airline tickets
must be used in conjunction with the trip, over the specified routing in the stated
class of travel. Travel restrictions may apply.
17. An unused prize cannot be assigned to another party, refunded, exchanged or
redeemed for cash.
18. Singapore Airlines taxes at time of ticketing will be paid by Changi Airport Group.
19. Travellers should hold current and valid travel insurance.
20. It is the Winner’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel
(including visas) and health documentation. Any fines, penalties, payments or
expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements
of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the travellers. The Promoter
makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issue that may exist at
any destination. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize or element thereof,
unless stated.
21. Blackout dates apply and include 15 December 2017 to 15 January 2018.
22. The Prizes are valid 6 months from prize awarding 24 October 2017.
23. Travel dates are based on availability on the day of booking as determined by, and at
the discretion of the airline.
24. Flights are subject to availability.
25. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the operators.
26. Changi Airport Group and prize partners do not take liability for any flight
cancellations that may disrupt the prize.
27. The winner must hold valid passports with a minimum of six months validity at time
of travel.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the
right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the
entry process, or for submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with
these conditions of entry.
29. In the case that the Promoter finds evidence of tampering by the entrant in the entry
process or the verification process, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by
the entrant invalid, the Promoter may in its complete discretion preclude that
entrant from participating in any or all future competitions of the Promoter.
30. All Eligible Entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter
during the Entry Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into
the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect,
inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the
equipment or programming associated or utilised in this Competition, or by any
technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this Competition.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of Entries.
FORFEITURE? ?AND? ?RETURN? ?OF? ?PRIZES
31. If an Eligible Entrant breaches their obligations under these Conditions or any
agreement with the Promoter, the Promoter may determine that the Eligible Entrant
has forfeited their Prize.
GENERAL
32. The Promoter takes no responsibility for the value of the Prize depreciating between
the start of the Competition and receipt of the Prize.
33. The Promoter has the right to disqualify any Entrant that it deems to have cheated
or not complied with the Terms and Conditions.
34. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or
disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts
of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical
failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or
recommence the Competition.
35. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered,
including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury
suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for
any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
36. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or
delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the
Promoter or any Eligible Entrant, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to,
or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical
malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of
the Promotion; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be
communicated in the course of the administering this Promotion (whether as a
result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise).
37. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in
accordance with the Changi Airport Group Privacy Policy which can be accessed by

38. Each Eligible Entrant grants the Promoter and its associated entities an exclusive,
royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and transferable license (including
the right to sub-license) to use such footage and photographs for promotional and
marketing purposes, including online social networking sites.
39. Each Eligible Entrant agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial
activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed
and photographed.
40. The Promoter collects information about entrants, including names and contact
details which entrants provide when registering or using our services, as well as
information from data houses, social media services, affiliates and other entities. The
Promoter collects and uses that information to provide you with our goods and
services, to promote and improve our goods and services, to provide opted-in
entrants with targeted advertising, for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy
and for any other purposes, described at the time of collection. The Promoter may
disclose entrant's information to related companies, including those located outside
Australia, who may contact entrants by email at any time. The Promoter may also
disclose entrant's information to their service and content providers, including those
located outside Australia.
41. All decisions made by the Promoters are final and no correspondence will be entered
into.
42. The Winner has 30 days to claim the Prize. If the Winner does not claim the Prize in
30 days, then a new Winner will be selected. The Promoter reserves the right to
forfeit the Prize or select a new Winner in the event of any Eligible Entrant not
claiming the Prize.
43. By entering the Competition and claiming a Prize, the Winner agrees that the
Promoter may use their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and
competition purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will
own copyright. The winner also agree to be filmed during the layover in Changi
Airport without compensation. Changi airport will own this content that can be use
in every form of communication (online and/or offline).
44. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has
reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with
the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct
calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and
omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The
Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an
offender are reserved.
45. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
46. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion,
reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize to the
equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority.
47. Changi Airport Group reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of
identity at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (if
required) in order to claim the Prize. In the event that the Winner is unable to
provide such proof which is satisfactory to Changi Airport Group (in their sole and
absolute discretion), the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited his or her Prize in
whole and no substitute will be offered.
48. Any cost associated with accessing the competition website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
