Who can enter the competition?

The competition is open to residents of Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, which includes KeepCup and Explore Worldwide, are not eligible to enter.

When does the competition close?

The competition commences on March 3, 2025, at 3:00 PM AEST and closes on March 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM AEST.

How can one enter the competition?

To enter, participants must complete a 25-word submission answering the question: "Tell us your favourite travel moment in 25 words or less." This submission must be made via the competition landing page at https://au.keepcup.com/keepcup-demo-explore-worldwide. Entrants must also agree to receive email marketing communications from the Promoters, which can be unsubscribed from at any time. Participants may enter as many times as they wish.

What is the prize?

One winner will be selected based on the quality of their answer. The prize includes:
- A tour for two people with Explore Worldwide, with the choice of one of the following tours:

Highlights of Sri Lanka

: A 7-day tour encompassing ancient cities, gilded Buddhist temples, and wild national parks.

Highlights of the Greek Islands

: An 8-day island-hopping tour around the Cyclades Islands, visiting Naxos and Santorini.

: An 8-day tour covering the west coast of Turkey, from Istanbul to historic Dalyan, featuring ancient ruins and stunning landscapes.
- Additionally, the winner will receive a flight credit voucher worth up to AUD $5,000, USD $3,200, or GBP £2,500.

What does the prize holiday include?

The prize holiday includes:
- Accommodation on a twin-share or double basis.
- Ground transport, some activities, and meals as outlined in the tour itinerary.
- An Explore Tour Leader and local guides.
- Airport transfers in the tour country to/from the hotel.

What does the prize holiday not include?

The prize does not cover optional extras or upgrades, travel insurance, or any necessary visas.

What are the conditions of the flight credit voucher?

The flight credit voucher can be used for economy class return flights from an international airport convenient for the winner to/from the designated airport of the selected tour. The flights must be booked through Explore and will include holding luggage. Flights must be booked at least six weeks prior to the departure date and can be for any departure date before December 31, 2026.

How will the winner be selected?

Each entrant who submits their details correctly will be entered into the prize pool. The winner will be chosen by the Promoters and notified by email and direct Instagram message by March 21, 2025. The Promoters’ decision is final.

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool includes a tour valued at several thousand dollars, along with a flight credit voucher worth up to AUD $5,000, USD $3,200, or GBP £2,500, making the total prize pool substantial, but exact monetary value is not specified beyond these amounts.

Are there any liabilities from the Promoters?

The Promoters are not responsible for any damages or losses related to the prizes, including issues arising from late or misdirected mail. They also reserve the right to cancel the competition under certain circumstances and are not liable for any errors or unauthorized interventions affecting the competition.

What happens to personal information collected during the competition?

The personal information collected is used to identify the winner and for marketing purposes. It will only be disclosed to the Promoters and their related bodies corporate.
