The competition is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older, where Channel Seven's signal is received. However, employees and immediate family members of the Seven Network, Generic Publications Pty Limited, and Ansible Pty Ltd, as well as individuals who have won a Sunrise competition in the past 12 months, are not eligible to enter.

The competition closes on Thursday, 30th November 2023 at 16:00 AEDT.

To enter, viewers must watch the Sunrise program on the Seven Network from 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM AEDT during the competition period (17th to 30th November 2023, excluding weekends) to get the daily codeword. They then need to visit the Sunrise website, register their details and the valid codeword, and submit an answer to the question "Tell us in 25 words or less why you deserve to win?" They must also confirm availability for a facetime call between 6am to 9am from 20th November to 1st December 2023.

The prizes include various items such as a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, Masport AMBASSADOR outdoor kitchen, Ecovacs robotic lawn mower, Shark Flexstyle air styling system, Tefal garment steamer, Bissell hard floor cleaner, Samsung QLED TV, Cricut Joy bundle, Acer laptop, and Google Pixel phone. Each prize has its own value, totaling $24,811.00 (including GST). Additionally, there is a bonus prize of a $5,000 Harvey Norman gift card, bringing the total maximum prize pool value to $29,811.00 (including GST).
