However, employees and immediate family members of the Seven Network, Generic Publications Pty Limited, and Ansible Pty Ltd, as well as individuals who have won a Sunrise competition in the past 12 months, are not eligible to enter.

To enter, viewers must watch the Sunrise program on the Seven Network from 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM AEDT during the competition period (17th to 30th November 2023, excluding weekends) to get the daily codeword. They then need to visit the Sunrise website, register their details and the valid codeword, and submit an answer to the question "Tell us in 25 words or less why you deserve to win?" They must also confirm availability for a facetime call between 6am to 9am from 20th November to 1st December 2023.
