In addition to the expansion of regional producers, the celebrity chef line-up includes Manu Feildel, Matt Moran, Gary Mehigan, Jack Stein and Adam Liaw. The new Chef’s Lunch series, presented by the Citibank Dining Program, presents a once-in-a-lifetime experience for visitors to enjoy an intimate three course meal hosted by the celebrity chefs themselves, matched with premium wine and live music. Visitors will be able to sit back and enjoy a unique dining experience, complete with hand-picked wine in a social and vibrant atmosphere. Other exciting debuts include the ‘Champagne Taittinger Lounge and Oyster Bar’, where freshly shucked oysters are best served with indulgent Champagne. A luxury show experience is available this year at the Cape Mentelle VIP Lounge where guests will enjoy a premium, exclusive experience including a light meal designed by one our celebrity chefs, prime seating to face the Good Food Theatre presented by ILVE and unlimited drinks from local Margaret River Winery, Cape Mentelle.
